People leaving pee bottles outside the building because they refuse to open the bathroom for people. We saw someone peeing in the bushes, a guy in an old BMW verbally fighting outside another guy for selling stolen goods. Like their manager needs to be fired. We've had a unit at northside for years and their manager is a GEM. 2 massive rent increases in less than a year. When I called an asked the reason for the increase, they told me it was the "market" price. Extra Life has been buying up all the storage units and setting the "market" themselves. Clearly read your rental agreement as well. There is no limit on how much and how frequently they can increase the rent. They also have an arbitration clause in the rental agreement that prevents you from taking them to court. Simple case of price gouging where there are no consumer protection laws in GA.
