Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

I really wanted to like this team and give them the benefit of the doubt. I had a crew of three do…read morea LOAD job, loading a 26' UHaul moving truck for a 3-bedroom apartment. One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.

Told me it's not his fault and equipment issues are normal and took no accountability for anything. 10:30 he told me they got another truck and was on the way 11am the drivers called said they were on the way 11:20 still no show and I had to reschedule for the next day!! Next day come and these older disrespectful gentlemen showed up with attitudes. Talking bad about the owner and how he doesn't have equipment for them and they had to bring they own supplies and etc. They used profanity and were arguing with each other and overall took forever! Finally got the move done The move it self was ok the owner showed up apologized and assured me this was out of the norm and offered me $100 off my next move. Glad it was over I paid my bill and continue my day. As the last step was to move my bed and TVs into storage I figured I'd give them another try and use my $100 discount!!! BIG MISTAKE TOTALLY MY FAULT. The guys showed up and while friendly than the others they had no moving experience. When I reviewed the contract my discount wasn't applied!
