The only reason I got for the increase was that according to my contract, they have the right to raise the price. A $100.00 a month increase is absolutely ridiculous and unjustified. I contacted the home office by chat, and the gentleman i was chatting with, hung up on me. Currently that same unit has an online price of $42.00. Never again would I rent from them.

They raised prices (significantly), cut paid services (I was paying for an air conditioned unit and they cut both a/c and electricity), and ended any kind of security with all external gates thrown open. I was glad to escape with my belongings (mostly) intact. Then they sent me a request for a feedback survey with the survey link as a non-functional button in a PDF.
