I received a voice message from Gerald, who said I still had belongings in the unit and needed to vacate them to avoid a cleaning fee. I called on 10/11 and spoke to Jason, who explained that someone had broken into my unit, so Gerald identified some items. I am very concerned about this and will continue to press the issue. The entrance seems insecure, and they must addre ss this to ensure safety. I am trying to get to the bottom of things, but these people ignore me. I have a witness who can confirm it was locked. Either the owner committed a violation, or there was a break-in. In any case, it was unethical since I had the unit until 10/19. Please inform your customers that there have been break-ins.
