When you walk in you can see the team of women making tortillas and pupusas in the back. Music playing, lights flickering, not a cockroach in sight. The food comes out and you can tell you're dealing with quality when the sides of rice and beans makes you question your entire knowledge on the concept of what food that tastes good, actually tastes like.
