When I called this morning to get an estimated time of arrival, I was told that they were still looking for someone and it may be several hours. Several hours does not work for me, and when I told them I wanted to cancel the order they said they would have to charge 50% for last minute cancellation. To be clear, I canceled because they didn't provide the service. I'm sure there are other more reliable services to use.

I was very scared of getting stood up and he assured me they were a reliable company. The day of our move out he sent 10 guys to help pack up our house and load it into two 26 foot trucks. They used plenty of plastic wrap and blankets to make sure everything was safe. They arrived on time for move in day and it took the three guys 10 hours to unload the trucks. They worked meticulously and were very nice. Im sad we are out of state now or else we would definitely use them for our next move!
