The price was great, the two (guy and girl) people that came in to pack did a great job. The movers showed up and then left. The packers ended moving the majority of the stuff from the house. The packers loaded the adjustable frame bed. At some point during the moving of the bed, the adjustable lift part got detached from the frame and no longer works properly. I contacted the company but have not heard back from the follow-up call that I was supposed to receive.
