I told the girl in the store I wanted to order the tile for sure, but wanted to know how much installation would be and maybe we'd have them install once we had the correct cost of tile. We tried to get someone out to measure the next day, but that wasn't possible. Ok, that is short notice, so no problem. So Brandon came out on Monday. Brandon was very nice and friendly. He did all the measurements and said I should get the quote the next day, Tuesday, about a quote for the tile and one with for the installation. I told him I wanted to get the tile ordered ASAP, and that I wasn't sure about the installation. Tuesday passed, then Wednesday passed. No one contacted us. I called the store on Thursday morning and told the girl on the phone that I wanted to order the tile but didn't know how much it would be. We want to get this job done by Thanksgiving and if I do the tile installation myself, I need to get the tile quickly, I also told her that f they were not interested in our business, please let us know. I received quote at 3:00pm Thursday via email that only listed the cost of installation, no mention of the tile cost. Huh??? Called the store at 4:00pm after a meeting at work and for the fourth time, mentioned I need the quote on the price of the tile. The quote they provided has the cost of the tile rolled in with the installation she said. Oh, Ok, so I again told her I wanted the cost of just the tile and I would come in the store Friday morning and drop off a check to buy the tile if I knew the cost, I know they close at noon on Friday for the weekend. It is now Friday at 2:15pm. The store is closed and no one got back with me. I am so disappointed that they didn't want to do business with us. My husband and I will be going to other tile stores this weekend and will find another tile company who wants our business. I can't recommend this store.

Absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and just go to another company…read more I hate that we spent thousands of dollars with this company. We had a complete kitchen remodel with new sink, countertops and backsplash. We were told we could not use the sink for 24 hours after install, so we obliged. When we went to hook up the sink again, we found that they left all of our water lines exposed during the install, causing the lines to get clogged and then we had to spend hundreds more to get a plumber to come fix that issue. (All we got from the company was, "Oh, I am sorry, but we aren't plumbers"). Yes, they aren't plumbers, but they should know not to leave water lines exposed for debris to collect in the lines. Also, we ordered our subway tile backsplash and the employee did not order it from the tile company. When they came to install the countertops they were suppose to leave the tile with us so we could have someone else install it. Well, she tried to blame me for a miscommunication, when it was clear it was her fault and she just neglected to order it. Once I sent her screen shots of our conversation she apologized and said she would have it shipped immediately. She did not do this, and it took over a week for the tile to even be delivered. This caused us to cancel our tile install and push that project back even further. We now have a kitchen with walls that have been ripped apart, and no tile to even install. This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with and I strongly recommend you RUN the other way! They have cost us hundreds of dollars on top of the thousands we already paid them for their terrible service. JUST RUN!!!!!!!

Phoned Barry late on Wednesday afternoon, and after describing my issue he suggested I phone the office to make an appointment. Phoned and spoke with Macy that afternoon and make an appointment for Friday morning (second in line for Friday). Around 0210pm on Friday I had to call the office as no one had come by the house nor called to let me know when I could expect someone. Was told they had a water line break they had to make a priority over my issue. Understandable. What was not was the fact no one thought it wise to not to not call a customer for roughly six hours that it was unlikely they would honor their appointment. Then tell me they could come after hours if I would pay the Over-Time rate. So, they would not honor their commitment and expect me to pay extra for their failure. Instead, I asked to reschedule. Macy offered a late Monday spot, but could not guarantee they could make it if other jobs ran late. Again, was told they could come outside hours if I paid OT rates for their inability to fulfill their commitment. She said I could get the first appointment for Tuesday, the next day. I took that option. So, Barry sends me a text at 0816am on Tuesday that he is running late as no one told him he had an appointment with me and he had to do something with a child at school. Adding that "I'll be there asap." I am typing this at 0125pm on Tuesday and Barry is not here yet nor has he or anyone from Turner Plumbing called to update. Just the facts. Make your own judgement.

We were also very pleased with the finished paint job. The color turned out exactly as we had hoped, and the ceiling and wall repairs looked excellent. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. The project, which was originally estimated to take about two weeks, extended into the end of the third week. More disappointing was the condition in which the home was left after we were informed that the project had been completed and cleaned up. We found paint and spackle on baseboards, trim, cabinets, floors, security doors, the front porch, and the carport. Construction debris and trash were left behind both inside and outside the home, several items that had been taken down were not reinstalled, and additional cleanup was required before the property was ready for the next phase of renovations. The quality of the finished repairs deserved high marks, but the lack of attention to detail during the final cleanup detracted from an otherwise well-executed project. If greater care had been taken to restore the property to the condition it was in before work began, this would have easily been a five-star experience. To Shannon's credit, after we discussed our concerns and requested a modest reduction in the remaining project balance to help offset the additional cleanup, he agreed to our request. We appreciated his willingness to work with us toward a resolution. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The quality of the work was good, but the failure to thoroughly clean the property at the conclusion of the project overshadowed what otherwise would have been a wonderful experience.
