They were super slow and I had to ask them to load faster. They didn't even bring water, I'm moving, I have nothing, I had to send the kids to the store for water. The dolly left huge rust stains on the flooring that I had to hand scrub. One of the guys was obviously really drugged out. Either way I tipped them $50 each. I moved across the country and a tv was broken upon arrival. I sent pictures and dispatch told me to leave a bad review, they refuse any responsibility. Thankfully, Timothy and his co-moved came in with friendly smiles and immediately got to work. The loading process was quick and organized. They took the extra time to wrap up and secure furniture doors etc. and they also finished sealing off a number of half empty/ or overflowing boxes they we weren't able to get to. I was extremely impressed with the care they took in packing the truck and carefully unloading all my mother's belonging and without a break too! I scrolled through a number of moving companies websites, but Wall2Wall's was simple easy to navigate. I made the call, booked the service, and he followed up with me a day in advance to ensure everything was good to go. Bernie was very polite and respectful of our stuff and the wood floors in our new home. He picked up the furniture instead of sliding it when positioning it and it looked like the truck was packed extremely securely when I peeked in. After hours and hours of researching moving companies for my relocation from New Orleans to…read moreHouston, and reading horror stories about even some of the more well-known and highly rated national companies, and their responses, which all took pains to point out that there was bound to a few disgruntled clients, I found ADmovers and after a call to them, in which they gave acceptable answers to key questions: 'They themselves do the moving; they are not a broker; guaranteed next day unloading in Houston(barring acceptable unforseen circumstances) -no warehousing of our stuff for weeks before delivery - one flat fee once the assessment of the cost of the move has been made (no jacking up of the price when half the stuff has been loaded, etc,) The were very professional in all aspects of the process but on top of that they displayed a courtesy and just plain kindness towards two septuagenarians by accommadating some requests which were outside of their remit. They dismantled, transported and re-assembled our furniture without any breakage, marring or loss, (the destination was a 2-storey house and our bedroom furniture is heavy solid mahogany.
