In contrast, SimplyTire is professional and transparent. Their website provides out-the-door pricing, and everyone, from the front desk to the person working on your car, is knowledge about tires. When we went to an automotive chain store, they installed 5-, 6-, and 15-year-old "new" tires! But we didn't realize this until 20 months later, when we started having issues with the tires. SimplyTire was just as angry as we were at the situation. They highlighted the dangers of such old tires: the rubber breaks down and the risk of a slow leak or blow out increases drastically. This posed a danger to us, as well as others on the road! Thank goodness my dad doesn't drive on the highway. SimplyTire installed tires manufactured less than 5 months prior, and showed us the DOT and date code for each tire! They were considerate of our time and our situation.
