We saw a few gators too . It does get loud so they offer ear protection but I really liked taking in the whole experience! The captain (Ian) is very knowledgeable and able to tell us exactly what we can and can't keep and has been doing this kind of stuff pretty much his whole life. He found us some great spots, and went above and beyond during the trip. Highlight of the trip was when he helped us snag a large bull shark! They were great about telling us what we needed to do, but letting us actually do it. We actually hooked a second one, but it ended up snapping the line on that one. They filleted what we caught as soon as we got back to the pier and we were able to get it cooked right away at the restaurant at the pier, and took home the rest of what we weren't going to eat. This was my first experience deep sea fishing. This was, by far, the best fishing trip I could have asked for and set a VERY high bar for any future fishing trips to follow in the future.

Our tour guide was very informative and it was great to hear about the area and learn things I had never heard of before. The staff was friendly and great with the small children in the group. They also had a cooler with water and Gatorade for passengers. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, red fish, and many native birds. They also had a fish tank and woukd let the children interact with them. I would recommend this to anybody from out of town or any local resident. Lots of information for any age group. They were also very helpful to a group member who got sea sick. A+ in my book! Looking forward to going on the fishing charter they have!
