Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. When I was picked up last week the woman driver actually thought it was acceptable to ask me if she could pick her daughter up on the way to my drop off location. That's not appropriate. I am paying for a service and her personal life should not get in the way. On the day I left, they called me to tell me they were going to be 20 mins late. I called the main number and expressed my concerns as the last thing I wanted to do was run around the airport like a maniac. If they read the airport info, it states getting there 2 hours prior to the flight, and it's an hour drive to the airport. I don't always need to get there super early, but I know how crowded Orlando airport gets and how backed up security can be. When I told her that I was alloying time to get lunch, etc, she was terribly rude and was extremely unprofessional telling me they don't take "getting lunch" into consideration. She then proceeds to tell me there were more people to pick up, meaning I would not be getting to the airport at a reasonable time. Out of frustration from my pick up experience I told her about it and she didn't seem to care about my concerns and was raising her voice at me. Again, so unprofessional. I paid a good amount of money for the service and didn't appreciate being picked up late, being yelled at and treated as though my concerns didn't matter. Now let's get to the van. It smelled like fart and the woman driver had fast food containers in the front with every cup holder filled with air freshener cans. That's really something I want to see... Just a really dirty van, stains on the seat, floor, etc. the driver also looked like she rolled out of bed. I don't need a luxurious transport, however I expect to ride in a clean, unseemly environment. Like I said, never again.
