Now, the staff...unless you are throwing dollars or have made another kind of "payment arrangement " with one of the trainers you will go entirely unnoticed. Not one friendly conversation will be had. Almost every staff member is having an affair with a coworker. One has engaged with two coworkers. There are never any clean towels because said employees are doing their personal laundry in the locker room. If you intend on having a healthy monogamous relationship avoid this gym. I won't go into any unnecessarily-lengthy descriptions in this review - it's a gym, it has equipment, it has personal trainers, it has locker rooms for both men and women - no surprises and everything you'd hope a gym would have to offer its members. Last Friday, my husband joined me for the maternity massage and yoga workshop with Annie and Adrian. Love it. I love that my husband supported me and came out for something he wouldn't typically do. A&A taught us some great partner yoga and massage techniques to assist through my pregnancy. I slept better after this two hour class than I have in weeks! There were two other couples in the class with us, so it was a very comfortable space and we all received some personal massage time from A&A. Even better:Adrian throws in a 30 minute pregnancy massage to schedule later. Can't wait! I highly recommend this class. Ladies, don't make excuses for your husbands not wanting to attend. John and Terry are very knowledgeable, warm, wonderful at what they do and willing to work with all levels. To illustrate this: the first time I dropped by Yoga Bliss I asked a friend to come along. I purchased a six class package ($40 for students) at the front desk with Michael (who was also very friendly) and it came with a free class for joining, which he let me use towards my friend's admission. We were allowed to enter the yoga room before class started and get ourselves situated with our mats (which they readily supply if you don't have one) while tranquil music played in the background. John came out, was profoundly welcoming and asked us about our experience with yoga so as to get a feel for how he would direct the class (similar experience with Terry, who even let me borrow his slip-proof mat after only knowing me for two minutes). Throughout the hour he was particularly attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help improve our poses/breathing/etc. Also, water was readily available and greatly appreciated. From beginning to end, the experience at Yoga Bliss is very rewarding and, most importantly, welcoming! The instructors are genuinely interested in yoga and have a lot to teach their students. So stoked to have found this studio so close to campus and a slew of great hang-out spots. I'll definitely be re-purchasing a new class package as soon as my current one runs out.

The best part of this place is that they are focused on people after surgeries or with injuries. So they don't push you to do anything hard. If you are afraid to get hurt doing yoga, they are good.
