I come here to get my toes done predominantly. Inside is always clean which is a big plus. The check in process is always easy. Paul is mainly the contact person and he's very nice. They offer you water while you are doing your service too. They have a wide range of colors to choose from. You have to wash your hands after check in no matter what service you are getting done. I found Goda Nails randomly one day and haven't stop coming back for over 2 years. This salon's vibe is very peaceful and relaxing with instrumental music playing and low chatting coming from either customers checking in with the receptionist or customers with their nail tech and tools being used. When you walking, check-in with the receptionist first and go straight to wash your hands. Walk back to the front to choose from all their colors they have laid out and yes, you will have trouble picking because I always do. Then you wait for with your schedule tech or an available tech to be ready for in one of their comfy chairs. By the front is where you'll get your nails done. Walk a little back to get toes done in one of their many message chairs and watch TV from on the two that are directly across from each other. There is a private wax room and bathroom a little farther back for those services and needs. Joy is a great tech is you do have the ability to get service from her as she always does a great job and has an amazing personality. Paul, their receptionist, is another amazing individual who is alway welcoming the minute you walk in and if not busy, holding the door and telling you bye as you walk out. Overall, this is a little hidden gem in the area but if find your favorite tech, always call ahead to make an appointment because they get busy super quick some days. read more

But it's bright, clean and well laid out with nice music at a decent volume and TVs to view. There is a wall layered with colors to choose from, a hand washing station and dry bar for nails/toes. After having been here for roughly 3 years and multiple visits I think I've nailed down their target audience. They would definitely prefer the elderly and white audience. I have seen many times over where they will offer water to some and not to others. Theyre making an effort to mask this but I definitely see it. In fact someone walked in just after me yesterday and I heard the owner ask her while I washed my hands but didn't ask me. On another note, they recently started to overbook. Every single time I arrive for my appointment I have to wait an additional 15-25 minutes for my tech to become available as if there is no consideration for my time. When this happens I forfeit my appointment because I simply will not wait. So after 3 years I will say that the ambiance isn't what it used to be, even the basic service is now rushed so youre getting less than what you pay for, and it's starting to feel like every other asian owned shop on the block. I was driving around on a Friday trying to find a salon and called this place for an appointment. I ended up booking for a Saturday afternoon. I was so shocked when I was arrived. The ambiance is chic and relaxing with instrumental music playing. They were busy but people weren't sitting around waiting on a tech. I was asked to wash my hands upon entry (loved!!) and asked if I wanted a complimentary beverage. I was then guided to the 'bar' to choose my color/s and promptly escorted to my tech who was lovely. I was able to show my tech a picture of the designs I wanted and they did basically just as pictured. It's very clean, I watched as someone finished they would wipe down the station but also the chair that the previous guest used. They accept Apple Pay and tips can be done via zelle. I never booked with a specific tech now I am being asked to change my day and time. You can't make those times, and they get rude. Well, if you make an appointment and do not specify a tech, THEY should accommodate your request as confirmed. Not be rude because they cancel on you. Overall... rude, sarcastic, pretentious front desk guy. Be prepared to have to re-schedule on their terms. Has happened multiple times. Shame because the techs are not bad. read more

I've known Joy for quite sometime when she worked at Venetian. I followed her because she is amazing at what she does. The atmosphere at her salon is always inviting. When you enter, most often Paul is at the front desk. He is always greeting with a smile and extending the mostly hospitable experience. The salon is well kept, modern and clean. The nail techs are professional and work very efficiently and neat. My personal favorite of nail techs besides Joy is Alexia. The man behind the show is Paul and he's awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was a walk-in on a random Sunday morning and he happily accommodated me. I washed my hands and picked a color while he found someone to help me. During my manicure and pedicure, I was offered a beverage. Linda was the one who worked on me and she did a phenomenal job. One of the cleanest and best pedicures I've had. She was diligent but also thorough and Paul came by to check up on me multiple times. Before I left, he even came over to make me a follow up appointment because I told him I had a wedding to attend soon. I hope this new management really helps this location!
