I don't live in the state and I stopped by in a crunch to get a fill for a wedding I was attending ; AMAZING AMAZING welcoming and skilled staff. They did an amazing job on my nails, so much so I brought my mom the following day to get her nails done and she had the same experience. 10/10 from the walk in If you're new to Fort Lauderdale or just passing through like I was , please give Luxe nails a try they're amazing ! read more

Im leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady that did my toes was very nice. However, we go for the quality of the work which was horrendous. Crooked nail, SLOPPY French and unclean corners. I won't say much else, I'll just leave the pictures. I did have to go to another salon right after to get it fixed. read more

I came to this salon while on vacation in Miami specifically to remove two acrylic nails that were cracked. The technician told me removal wasn't necessary and said she could file them down, apply acrylic over them, and that they would be fine. I trusted her professional judgment. I had this service done on Friday. By Saturday, while flying home, the gel polish already had air bubbles. By Sunday, the polish was peeling off, and I could clearly see the cracks in the two nails that I originally asked to have removed. Now it's Tuesday, and one of those nails has completely come off my finger, while the other still has a very visible crack. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the work and the products used. If I were still in Miami, I would be going back for a refund. This was a waste of money and very disappointing, especially since I raised the concern from the beginning. The only positive thing I can say is that the technician herself was polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, being nice doesn't make up for poor-quality products and work that didn't even last a full weekend. I will not be returning. read more

I will definitely be returning to this establishment. It's been a while since I've had a very good gel manicure and pedicure. What I've noticed is that many companies will do all these different types of pedicures, but kind of stray from the massages that they're supposed to be giving during the pedicures and manicures. Hannah was amazing amazing and she made sure to really give me a good deep pedicure and a massage. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Very friendly service. I was just a walk in on a Saturday and they were still able to find me a spot even though they were packed. I liked my pedicure and manicure it was descent, I'm not in love with it but it does the work. And they were decently priced. read more

I do not go to a specific person, so I can attest that they are all versed and friendly, and professional. Horrible experience, came in for a regular manicure, I was asked to pay in advance( I wish I didn't cause the outcome was extremely bad) the nail polish was old or very bad quality, I didn't like how it was coming out so I complained it didn't look smooth, to what they told me it was because I wasn't getting gel and to change color, decided to change the color and a different person started painting my nails, again they look very bad, I didn't have time as I was on my lunch break, they said that once dried it would look better I waited and once they dried they looked WORSE!! I would attach pictures! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! read more

This place has potential and is clean, but is lacking in service. I've been here 3 times now and even recommended this location to friends as it's really hard to find good nail places!! The first time I went for an acrylic set and pedicure and it was great! The second time I went I was happy with the result but they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time (time efficient) but it was quite uncomfortable. Now my real issue is the last time I tried to go. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment for 5:30 pm for an acrylic fill. I arrived on time and was given the nail polish books and asked to wait for my tech- not a problem. However, it got to be around 5:50pm when someone else walked in and they serviced her right away while I was still waiting. I understand not all techs do acrylic but I was never even spoken to or updated of any wait time. By 6pm, still waiting, I got up to leave and then was asked if I wanted to rebook- I answered "no, as I had an appointment and waited 30 minutes to be ignored" Tl:dr relatively clean, service lacking read more

After three different places, Luxury nails was the only one that said they do designs. So accommodating and friendly. They gave me a fresh new set with my simple flower design. Within two weeks my nails always break. If it is more than a couple of days after you got them done, they will make you pay. They ALLL literally broke while folding clothes or fixing my leggings. Absolutely crazy. This is for acrylic with gel polish. read more

I haven't been to this salon in a while so I decided to give them a try again. Initially I had booked my service online with Tom. When I get there I am told they don't allow men to do men, which I thought was absurd. I've never been rufused a service due to my sex. I decided to go forward and got Annie. The work overall was good. I did notice as I was leaving that my cuticles looked messy and not that I'm in natural light I notice some imperfections. I would have had her clean them up, but by the time I finished it washing my nails someone else had sat down. The worst part of my service was the experience. It started when I came in and was told I couldn't be serviced by the Tech I had selected. And then the whole time the entire staff spoke and laughed. One of the ladies kept coming over and looking at my nails. She'd say something and then the others would chime in an laugh. The receptionist asked if I was happy. I explained to her I felt my nails were a little messy and that I thought it was rude for the staff to speak my entire visit in Vietnamese. She assured me they weren't talking about me. Even if they weren't it was rude. Especially looking at my nails and then saying something and laughing. read more

I stopped in a rush as my gel polish was chipping after 3 weeks of my last manicure. I was taken right away and Linda did the fastest job, I was in and out in 30 minutes for a gel polish removal and new gel Polish application. Unfortunately however I had 1 nail chip the very next day. It hasn't been a week yet and I've noticed several other nails are lifting. Which means it's only a matter of time before more start chipping or getting stuck in my hair. Perhaps their acrylics are better but in terms of gel polish I don't recommend them. read more

I'll first say that this salon has a lot of potential! It's obviously a popular choice with so many reviews so I'll give credit where it's due. It is smaller so it is a little tight. Keep this in mind if you're of course worried about being too close to other people. I had really high hopes for this place. The last time I was here, Sam did my nails and he did a great job. I wanted to try someone new this time but I was a little disappointed. I opted for dip with tips. Now the dip is a "dip and dab" type of dip. Whatever that is. It's applied with a brush like acrylic. I don't like this way but I gave it a shot. Very unnatural. Don't love it. Then I asked for a polish change on my toes. I'm not sure what type of polish they used but it started to chip after a couple weeks (great) but now I can't get it off with nail polish remover. It's like permanently on there. So I'm going to have to go a salon to have it removed. I don't want to bash the place at all. Everyone's nice. My nail tech was nice. But I just didn't love the quality and I think I'll have to say goodbye to this salon. Before going, just make sure to ask what products they use and the application because you may be surprised if it's not what you're used to. read more

Ive never found a place that can do a consistently good job with the almond shape, except Luxury Nails. They are also quick. I went in for a basic pedicures and loved that I didn't have to wait long on a Saturday morning. The foot scrub and massage was also delightful. The polish job seemed okay, but only two days later, it had started to chip. I'm assuming this is very poor quality polish, as it's very rare for my pedicure to chip. Went to luxury nails to try out the gel dip experience that I have been hearing about for a while. The pros to a gel dip manicure is that it lasts for three weeks. I have experience with gel nails, but never the gel dip. The experience was not really what I had expected. First of all - the manicurist went straight into shaping my nails with one of those electric drills for acrylics. There was a bit of a language barrier - so at this point I just decided I had committed to this experience and would see what happened. There was no actual manicure - no cutting of cuticles, etc - which I thought was strange. The gel dipping process is interesting. You dip your nails into a powder and then apply clear coat over it. I believe he did that about 2 times before the top coat. A few of the nails came out with indents in them, which I was also not a fan of. But overall, what I really disliked was how thick this makes the nail. I have seen other friends get the gel dip - and it looks like a natural nail polish just a bit shinier. I felt like I had acrylics on, which drove me nuts for 3 weeks as they started to grow out. It was also pretty pricey for not including the standard manicure treatments like cutting of the cuticles etc. Just not what I had in mind. read more

I've been going to Luxury Nails for over 2 years now and I couldn't recommend this business more! There are several nails salons within 5 minutes of my house and I still drive 20 minutes for this salon. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and does excellent work. I usually go to Ben or Tracy, but regardless of who provides you service, you won't be disappointed. They don't have OPI colors in gel or dip, which is the only thing I wish the salon had. However they do have similar colors. read more

I paid $41 for dip powder on natural nails. Overall my nails came out mostly even and smooth. I didn't like that there was no cuticle care. My cuticles have left over powder in the crevices as well. They had a decent array of colors and offer rhinestones and stickers if desired. read more

Don't expect to wait long and do your work because my esthetician Chrissy was very much on time. Chrissy was so pleasant and cheerful, and made the whole process of waxing not uncomfortable. This was not my first experience with Natura. I have always been pleased with Natura. Every esthetician that has worked on me has always asked if the wax is too hot or if I'm uncomfortable, because they are so concerned about your comfort. In addition, the estheticians are perfectionists. They will take the time to tweeze every hair to make sure that it looks just perfect when you leave. I did not get any of their facial services when I went, but I have had a facial with them before and it was one of the best experiences I've had. It was almost like having a massage. The aromatherapy and the different creams they use on your face was just like heaven. The prices at Natura are very competitive. The most economical way to purchase your waxing or facial treatments is to join their clubs or purchase a certain number of treatments in advance. You know that you're going to need them, so why not? They offer many different kinds of waxing, so give them a try even for an eyebrow wax. You will be very happy that you did.
