I have been going here for several years. Very nice owners and always accommodating. Scheduling is easy and they do great work.

I took my grandmother there on this past Saturday and unfortunately once they saw her walking with a walker, they basically refused to serve her. They asked me several times if I needed a service or if it was for her. Once I explained she wanted a mani/pedi the workers began speaking in their language (which was rude) then they stated they were unable to do the mani/pedi. I said, no problem, we will take our business elsewhere, then they changed and said they could do her nails. I declined and left. I believe it was discrimination at its best and it was not nice at all. I will never go back. Thank you. read more

I took my mom for a pedicure, and while I appreciated the service, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming. The technician was unfriendly, and the gentleman who assisted us during checkout was unpleasant. This negatively impacted my mom's experience and I think a more positive attitude from the staff could make a big difference. This is such a great spot to get your nails done. Everyone is so pleasant, and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend you try this salon. It's extremely clean, and never has that typical strong chemical nail salon smell. They offer all the services you need, and prices are reasonable. One of the best nail salons I have visited. I found this salon a few months ago after back to back horrible experiences and will not go to any other place now that I've been here. First, the location is clean and they take safety very seriously. It's not crowded and there's space to move around the salon and between the technicians. Second, the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. I have not encountered one technician that was not friendly. Third, they do great work. Bottoms line, their product lasts. It was a month between getting my nails done and I could've waited another week or so. This is the longest that I've had dip last on my nails. My technician Amy is amazing, but a friend of mine has been to other technicians was extremely pleased as well. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I came down here for a wedding and needed a dip and pedi last minute. I called them before they opened (on a Saturday!) and the woman owner gave me an appt for later in the day. We came in and they helped us right away. The service was impeccable. The woman owner, the 1 male, and a woman with a short cut were all awesome. First time here and I plan to visit again. Walked in on a Saturday at almost 7pm thinking they would either be really busy or hesitate to take me since they close at 8 but the opposite was true. They took me right away with no wait! The place is very clean, modern and well lit and you can tell its new and well taken care of. It's was also very quiet inside which I really liked and was truly able to relax. Regular pedi most places I'm used to is around $30 but not here, it was only $23! Lily did my feet and she took her time and didn't talk to me much which I liked because she saw me relaxing and enjoying the massage chair. The massage she did was pretty good on my calves and feet especially for the price. She also did a really good and careful polish job. Very pleased overall and will be back! Decided to try this place out because it's nearby and had decent reviews and now I know why. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. There was no wait and one of the women started working on my pedicure right away. The place is very clean and sanitary. They use disposable covers in the pedicure tub. I appreciate how she took her time and made sure my pedicure as well as my manicure was very neat. My gel manicure lasted 4 weeks without any chipping at all. I had a regular pedicure done and that lasted me about 3 weeks before it chipped. I love this place and will be returning. read more

Giving three stars because my first few experiences here were great but service has slowly declined. It seems that most nail salons cater to you when you're a new client, and then as you become a regular you get run-of-the-mill treatment. One of last few times I came, I had called in advance and made an appointment, yet when I came in for my appointment they told me it was going to be another 30 minutes. Not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but I'd gotten better and quicker service as a walk-in before. What's the point of making an appointment if I'm not going to be seen on time? Nothing angers me more than businesses with no sense of urgency or a lack of time-management skills. The very last time I was there, I got a new woman who I've never seen before. She completely rushed through my nails. I had acrylic and tips on 4 fingers that had broken and told them I wanted a full set of acrylics on the rest of my natural nails. She put tips on my two newly broken nails and instead of putting tips on the rest of the nails so they'd all be even, she just put acrylic powder over my natural nails because they were long. Why? The difference in thickness and shape is completely obvious and now half of my hands look ridiculous. She did a poor job at filing them, the shape on each nail was not consistent. She rushed through drilling the color off and there were still remnants of my old color along the edges of most of my nails. One of nails even has a spot of old color powder smack dab on the front. I thought this would be my new salon, but service hasn't been good the last few times I've gone, so I'll be continuing my search for a new salon. Pretty disappointed. read more

Got eyebrows and full get set. Lady did my eyebrows perfect. A different guy did my nails. I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted. He did my nails completely uneven. I told him they were too thin and he did nothing to fix them before putting on the polish. He rushed through my nails and the polish was even bumpy. The lady in charge and the one that did my eyebrows seemed to be the only ones that actually did nails well. Actually left crying because I've never gotten such a bad set. read more

Just walked into this place because I came with my mom to get her hair done at Aveda next door and decided to get my nails done while I waited. It was a pleasurable experience and I wound definitely recommend it. They use liners on the pedicure pools which I think is great. Very clean, with a knowledgeable staff. I've been coming for several years (let's say at least 35 times) and have been disappointed just once, when a gel polish chipped. They fixed it for free and the repair was flawless. Spa pedicures come with a new plastic liner every time. Those and gel manicures happen pretty fast and are really good-looking. Brian and Tracy are both very professional and keep a very clean shop. I recently got gel manicure at this salon, and got infection on cuticle of one of my fingers, I kept putting first aid antibiotic on it, but 6 days later, it is still red and hurts, at some point my finger was so big, it was scary to look at and painful to touch or do anything with it, I had to be extremely careful. I came back to the salon to let them know what happened, and how they can resolve it. They ended up telling me that I hit myself and don't remember(!!!), that I'm crazy, laughed at my face, and said other insults. Being so aggressive and disrespectful to their customers, it's beyond shameful. Cleanliness is very far from perfect at this place and I guess that why it happened to me. But instead of apology I got insults. Great customer service! I come from a country where for 50$ you get absolutely flawless manicure/pedicure in clean beautiful place, but unfortunately in USA unless you pay 100$ at the hotel and high end places, you can't find it. And customers here are very satisfied with places like Best nails.. I noticed when they call them self BEST, it's actually WORST. So good luck going there if you are not afraid for your health. read more
