I started coming to this place for my nails and pedicures about a month ago and I have to tell you Kathy is amazing! I've never had such a thorough pedicure before. She gives the best foot massage, perfect polish application and attention to detail. I get gel polish on my natural nails for my hands as well and she does a perfect job. No frills or thrills! Just the right amount of interaction & greeting to get the services you need. Went in for a nice gel mani & was attended to promptly! It was a mid-week/mid-afternoon walk in so it wasn't terribly busy! But the phone sure was going off for appointments that they could not fulfill because they were already booked in the late afternoon! Just keep in mind that even though they close at 7PM your service should really start at 615PM/630PM... I'm pretty satisfied with my service & will definitely return for more!!! read more

I had my nails refilled there then 2 days later two of them broke off completely . My thought are they filed the sides too thin. Another issue my nails are curved and the tech out on 1 nail and despite me telling him I need all my nails curved because that's how they grow. Guess what the tech out on a nail that was straight out . Not very experienced or blind I guess. Not returning there . read more

THE WORST and they delete low rating reviews so you know that's not a good sign ! I had NEVER had the worst experience in my life at a nail salon . It was my first time coming here . Walked in , no ac had the front and back door opened and the back door must be located near the dumpster because that is what it smelled like. The man didn't even greet. I explained I had an apt at 6pm (I was getting a soak off,full set and pedi ) he seemed upset that I was getting all this after I reminded him I was soaking my nails . He did the pedi (horrible job I had to fix it up) after, his wife does my nails . She was rushing putting the tips and was putting tips that were waaaaaay too wide for my nail . I asked if she can fix the crooked nail she put on she brushed me off . This time I told her to please remove the tip because it was crooked . She was clearly upset huffed and puffed and removed it . As she starts to file I mention that my Pointer nail tip was too big and how I like my nails . She cuts me off & pretty much tells me not to tell her how to do her job. She backs up from doing my nails Then tells me " I can't take this", I say okay your husband can finish she said nobody is doing your nails . I told her to take off the tips. As she is doing that she starts telling me I'm nasty rude disgusting .... So I say they were the rude ones with horrible customer service her and husband both tell me to get out to which I do . I ended up leaving my sneakers which they didn't give back and clearly needed more. Cops got involved . Please do not go here the shop was EMPTY at a time you think will be busy . All these red flags i ignored. They have the worst customer service read more

The sign on the front door reads "appointments are suggested but walk ins are welcome." What there sign should read is appointments will never be honored, walk ins always get service first. They will make you wait after you take the time to call and schedule an appointment. This has happened to me twice and will never happen again. My girlfriend and I will be finding a new salon that honors appointments. They also have trouble keeping talented nail techs. read more

I scheduled and appoint for me and my dad to have pedicures completed. Conversation was minimal(language barrier) however the work completed was good. The shop is located inbetween the massage parlor and pizza shop. My reason for the 4 star is because the staff were late to open and didn't even acknowledge it besides saying good morning with a smile. Time management is key for me. read more

Went to this place today and left Very disappointed especially with the eyelash technician. First she got upset because I didn't want to do the individual eyelashes just the regular strip eyelashes. I was charged $18 for one strip instead of 2 for longer lasting as regularly done at other places. u can barely see them and a couple of hrs later the strip started coming off. Not sure if this was done on purpose or if this is how is generally done at this place. Rip off. I could have done that myself at my house with a better quality eyelashes. I used to go to Gallery nails across the street, until they raised their prices and decided not to let me know until I went to pay (I would go there regularly). Wouldn't have been a big deal if the service I received that day was excellent, but it was not. So I decided to find a new place nearby. Anyway, I got my gel nails done with Li the first time, and request her every time now. She is a perfectionist and ensures your nails are even and clean. She takes her time and does not rush. The girl that painted my nails had no idea how to paint a nail, so im guessing she had never done this before. The left some nails half way painted, it was a tragic nail job. Loved Peter. He performed a simple pedi and mani perfectly. The massage chair was devine. Very comfortable and the salon is clean. Instruments are individually packed. Since I dont like small talk without content I asked Peter if he minded if I put my ear plugs and read a book while being pampered. He looked relieved. Great atmosphere very pleasant. How does somebody manage to call themselves a nail tech and can't even do a simple french tip design... my nails looked HORRIBLE. do not even bother wasting your time here because if they can't even do a french tip and properly put on a clear tip coat without dust sticking on it and it looking clumpy, it's not worth it... read more

Steven did my pedicure. He did an ok job not terrible not amazing (skin cleaup around nails needs work!). But he was very sweet and attentive. I am not the one to Yelp anything, but to mess up ombre is quite hard. To start off, this is a locate nail salon of mine, but not worth the time or money. I normally make appointments, but end up sitting there for about 30 minutes to be taken care of which didn't bother me at first since there is a resturanunt next door #lombardis. I went there to get my birthdays done and I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. He glanced at it and said "yeah, it can be done", so I said great thinking that it would look amazing or something close to the picture. When it's time to start painting my nails, he starts getting nervous and looks for the right shade of blue (the nails are baby blue btw) and looking for silver glitter nail polish. When it comes to the ombre fingers another lady had to show him how it's done since he, the owner, Danny, did not know how to do it... needless to say there are other salons out there :) read more

Bird has been my nail tech for some time now . Never had a problem My nails always come out perfect. He pays attention to detail ... I've had my acrylics on for about 3/4 weeks without a fill and they still hold on just as good . You can't find to many nail techs that work as hard as him . And his wife does some really good pedicures. read more

First time I tried this place. Overpriced for the work they did. My tech cut the skin on my toes, not once, but four times. Didn't cut my fingers, though. No hand massage or lotion applied for my classic manicure. Tech had very dry, cracked and un-manicured nails himself. Not returning to this place. read more

I will never do business here again and I will make sure everyone whom I've referred do not go back. I went to get my nails done last week and less then a few days my nails begin lifting and two nails broke off. The older guy on the 2nd row did my nails and he doesn't know what he is doing. I been getting my nails done for a long time and I've never experienced anything like this. So I called and spoke with the (owner) I'm assuming he normally sits in the front row. He told me to come an he would fix it. I get there and he wants to refer me to the same person who mess my nails up this first time. I've spent my hard money and I was treated nasty even after the fact me saying I wouldn't come back. He replied back rudely and said he was booked and can't help me. So yes I will not go back and I've already informed 3 regular clients to not do business here. read more
