It was absolutely horrible! The driver blamed us for wrong directions to MY WEDDING!!! The ride was horribly rough! I was so sick. Driver got lost again going to the address after my wedding. We should have used Uber. I also need to mention that I was over charged from the beginning and when I had to call to get it handled, because the company certainly wasn't going to take care of their mistake, the phone conversation was extremely unprofessional. Great limo service!! From calling and booking to the driver (brother Rodney) himself, everyone was all super courteous and kind. Scheduling was fast and easy by calling and the prices were surprisingly competitive compared to other limo services with no unreasonable minimum time. The limo arrived on time and even a little early so we were all able to load up and leave right as scheduled. The driver got us to all of our stops safe. The limo was clean with updated speaker system and it was a very fun time!! Highly recommend ! read more

Was very disappointed in the interior condition of the car. Could not connect to sound system so we got to listen to the static on the radio the driver had on. We got this service to be dropped close at the concert as I have MS and cannot walk long distances (especially in the heat). However, the driver did not know where to drop us kept saying you can get out and walk and then asked us where to go! He would turn the a/c off to ask us directions and forget to turn it back on. As we walked in (from a good distance) we saw other limo driver services letting people out at the gate! This gate/drop off area coincided with where the entrance for people with medical issues were to go! read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Booked God Brothers Limo service for concert at Stadium, driver did not know where to take us, had never been there,, suggested we get out and follow all the people walking towards the venue more than 1mi away, then he suggested we get out a take a pedi cab. We have a person who needed to walk minimal distance which prompted us to hire a car. At the venue we found there was a handicapped entrance much closer and saw several limos as well as even Ubers dropping people off very close to the venue. Driver said he didn't know anything about a handicapped entrance. Once at the venue we then also had to walk to that in order to enter with the larger bag required for medically needed items. Limo was not in good interior condition, AC not working on way back to hotel. Highly DO NOT recommend ! read more

Terrible experience once the drive began. Driver not prepared and completely unaware of venue's drop off/pickup areas despite the booking being specifically for a friend with a medical condition. Suggested we walk with everyone else or try to get pedicab at one point. Asked us for directions multiple times even though we told him we did not know. I would not recommend. read more

Worst limo company I have ever dealt with. Complete and utter unprofessionals. We rented a limo for a concert due to a party member with MS. It was hot and we did not want her to walk a long distance. The driver asked us for directions once we were close to arena. We weren't from area we responded. A mile and a half from arena he suggested we walk the rest of the way. We said no we have a person with a disability we can't do that. Then he suggested we get out and get a pedicab. We said no we aren't paying another 200$ when we rented this car to get us there. He admitted he had never been to this venue before and had no idea where he was going. Just kept saying look people are walking. He finally got us within a mile and told us we had to get out and walk. As we are getting close, lots of other limos taking people to front entrance. Uber drop off for closer than he did. Also found out there was a disabled persons entrance which you would think a local company would know. I would never, ever book this company again. read more

We hired this Limo to take us the a concert. One of our group has MS and is prone to heat exhaustion and obviously can't walk long distances. At booking we were told that the Limo would drop us at the entrance to the venue and stay there in case anyone got sick or too hot. As we got closer to the venue the driver started asking us for directions to the venue, pointing out all of the people walking and suggested we get a pedi-cab if we didn't want to walk. Needless to say we became frustrated and finally told him we would get out and walk the rest of the way. As we were walking, the closer we got to the entrance, we saw other limos dropping people at the entrance. As we were getting out of the limo, he suggested we leave the concert early to beat to crowd because it was going to be really hard getting out of there. I would not use this company ever! read more

The white stretch limo arrived for a July wedding with no air conditioning, and the engine light and oil light were visible from dash. The bridal party showed up to an extremely hot cab - only then did the driver turn on the AC! On the way to the church - a 12 minute ride- the limo overheated and the cab was smoke filled. We were overwhelmed with engine smoke along with an extremely uncomfortable ride. The limo never made it back for the groomsmen due to an overheated limo in the church parking lot. We were given a 50% refund but this should have never happened. I would NOT recommend this company. read more

My family and I had a fantastic experience with God Brother Limo. First of all, it was less expensive than the competition, which was the main reason I focused on working with this company at the start. Then, Sabrina, one of the employees who helped me book this experience ended up being amazing to work with! She helped plan the initial limo surprise setup for a loved one, and then as our eventual chauffeur, she made the entire experience amazing. The beautiful pulled up on time, and the Sabrina kindly introduced herself. She took us around to all the amazing spots we requested, and she knew all of the side spots for great photo ops. She even graciously catered to our spontaneous request to stop at Starbucks :) Another HUGE help from her occurred when an unexpected fire occurred at the restaurant we had reservations for. We needed a room for 17, and the fire happened 30 minutes before the surprise party. Without evening asking, Sabrina was on her phone contacting restaurants for us, trying to help us out. She is awesome! Overall, I would definitely recommend this limo service, and I would very highly recommend Sabrina! read more

If I could give this business a negative zero I would. The yacht is not a yacht at all and theres nothing limoy about it. The service was horrible. The boat was dirty NO CLEAN places to sit. It looks like someone lives on it and had a very awful smell. Its an old ran down boat and it need lots of work. Captain had two accidents while we were on it and he appeared to be intoxicated. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. When asked to cancel the ride the driver got upset and tried to insight a fight with the passengers! read more

I don't even know where to start, but after writing the BBB, I'm here! The Limo was So Cold the entire 4 hours and Anthony,(aka Dr. A.T. Hodge Legal Service, Ltd.); the possible owner/the trade of all trades (Preacher, Private Investigator, Atty., Dr., Limo Driver. friend of Obama, blah blah blah) was our Driver and after requesting a discount at the end for being cold the entire time and he even apologized and said he needed to get it fixed and also was telling us to have the heat on lo instead of hi b/c it made it colder blowing harder, he not only refused a discount but was threatening to me (a woman) and said I was trying to take advantage of him and he was not a slave and stated he was red, black, and white, and it just continued with irrelevant statements and TERRIBLE Customer Service. I would NEVER, Not for Any amount of Money given to me would Ever recommend this service. He's a SCAM ARTIST!!!! Now I am nervous because he has my Address!!!! I have children, I have a family to protect and I don't trust this crook even a little bit! P.S.- Dr. A.T.
