My hygienist, Johana, is the sweetest and has such a gentle touch. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and, most importantly, makes every visit as painless as possible. They did a great job on my eyebrows. No complaints there…read more However, as I was waiting I was also observing. One of the ladies was wearing gloves. I noticed she used the same gloves for handling money/card transactions and threading multiple clients eyebrows. It's quite unsanitary. No sanitizer was used in between. Then, she does a mini eyebrow massage with the same gloves. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but in trying to protect her self she is putting clients at risk, using dirty gloves. It's a lot more sanitary to use no gloves and sanitize your hands in between customers and money transactions. Or at the very least change gloves for every customer.
