Store was 2 miles away but it took two guys 30 minutes to go and come back. owner's quote on service was about an hour-or an hour and and a half. came in twice that amount. bill was just under $400.They installed a toilet and replaced two faucets. Which should have been within the time frame but I paid for them to travel. Who does that?? I called and received a call back two days later. They said I have to get someone to fix it, that they are only plumbers, not tile guys. This was never discussed before the job, that I would have to get yet another company to do more work to the tub surround. Funny how they offer bathroom remodeling on their website. I will be suing them for only partially installing the tub and surround. I'd rate MrRooter as a zero if possible. Dave the manager is clueless and conveniently misinformed and doesn't want to own responsibility for this job. A vanity and toilet were also put in. They worked before, and after installation. The tub/ shower worked before, but not after. Wood is exposed all around the surround. If you decide to use this company, I would suggest getting every little detail in advance. I wasn't given an estimate or a bill, just a total to pay- after it was done. That's my fault...trusting a company. Never again.
