Nicola Wong is the service agent who helped my family and I have yet to meet her who I hear is very knowledgeable in customer service and knows what she's doing and kindly explains to you any questions that you have. If this Elvie picks up the phone, I would suggest you to talk to somebody else, it's worth the wait. Unless you wanna be talked to like a three year-old.
