Caution with this place! So disappointed. We sent over our materials with room to spare early in the season...and didn't hear back from Mike Clark.... sent some emails to ensure they files were received in their upload system.... no responses. Finally it was the friday before taxes were due.. we called... no response. Called again next day... someone answered said, 'oh your taxes are sitting here. we are normally closed today but you can stop in to get them." No one ever called us to let us know they were done. No advice was given. No strategies. He just typed in the info and it was barely done on time. Usually, preparers have some questions and ideas for strategies to consider.
