Although in new digs, the decor evokes the ambience of the original Shack, resulting in an interesting, funky place to enjoy their food. This time I had the mushroom burger with sweet potato fries, and the large serving of angus beef did not disappoint. Our friendly server made sure our diet cokes and water kept up with our thirst, and we were happy we could still count on our oasis The Shack. There were murals on the wall and music playing. 100% family friendly place, but they do serve alcohol for those who want it. As for the food - the garlic bread has cheese on it. Lots of cheese, and it comes out hot and fresh. When you pick up a piece, the cheese just stretches out with it. It's soooo good. The pizzas were great. I stole some of my son's French fries (mom tax, of course) and they were fantastic. The kitchen is open air, so you can see them make the pizza and it's neat to watch them knead the dough.
