Ate lunch here today as we continue to make our way home. Parking lot was big enough to park our camper. Our waitress was friendly(Drexel?). Even with my difficulty of trying to figure out what we wanted to order. ‍ We had a large 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. Salad bar was not fresh with very limited toppings.(bell pepper and onions chewy. No tomatoes) Obviously what was left over from Friday nights bar. No sugar substitute for unsweet tea. Pizza was good...asked for go cups. Am I spoiled? Expected it to be filled with tea‍ but I didn't say anything. I just poured up what I had in my glass. But..THE ULTIMATE NO NO as to why I will not go back nor recommend. Again, am I expecting too much even though this is what I have seen and/or would do myself being in the food industry? NO GLOVES WORN PREPARING THE PIZZA Yes, should have left. Yes. I have been doing business with this Pizza Hut for 30 years. It is completely gone. I thought I would give them a chance. Bad decision. They rob people on toppings and their is no quality in there product anymore. Sad really! read more

Ehhh. Could be better. Definitely needs an update. I had the buffet and there was not many choices to choose from of what to get. The seats where some what sticky. Definitely needs more and better help. The workers just didn't care. Most of the things on there buffet looked and tasted like they have been out there for a while. But when the food was fresh it was delicious!!. Could be better. But honestly everything in Greenville isn't that goood. And I've been living here my whole life so I would know. I recommend if u need somthing quickly and done fast. I don't recommend if ur coming with ur family or friends for fun. read more

If I could, I would give this place -5 stars. And had I not been on a road trip and limited to Pizza Hut locations close to the I-65 exit I would've passed up on this one. But we were famished and had already decided on pizza and placed an order. Not to be judgmental, but this post will be COMPLETELY judgmental. Upon exiting the off ramp, based on the way the place looked I already knew what was up. We walked it and it was so dirty and smelly in there. You have a direct shot of the kitchen area and the walls were covered in grease or whatever that was and the floors nasty. I literally stood in front of the counter for about 2 minutes before I was greeted. I had to do a double take, look around and ask my family, who travelled with me, if I had momentarily disappeared. That's the ONLY reason I would've accepted for them not immediately addressing me or anyone else in my crew upon entrance. I mean there was no one else there and I know they heard the door. Plus they were standing at the front. They were busy fulfilling orders but I'm pretty sure they heard us. All it would've taken was a simple "hello, be right with you". Any who, the ladies who served us, once they spoke to us, were pretty nice. They just seemed in a rush or either bothered by our requests for parmesan cheese and napkins. Not rude, just not very personable. The most important part of this review for me is the pizza. The pizza ($7.99 lg 2-topping, sausage and mushroom) was yummy. However, instead of 8 even slices, we had 12 very unevenly cut pieces. Not the worst thing, but an extra added pain when trying to divide pizza between 4 people. The number is evenly divisible but the pizza wasn't, so some received more than others. Would I visit here again. Not willingly. Probably not at all. Yeah, let's go with that. read more

Every time I've ordered from this restaurant it's been really bad customer service. The people who deliver the food are very rude as well, if something goes wrong with your delivery and you call for help they take 30+ min to even speak to you on the phone. I've gotten food that was just not that good as well. Over all super bad store wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Just go to one of the other food chains in town they are better. read more

We almost didn't stop because of the poor reviews, but decided to because they seemed a little "over the top" to be fair reviews. We were met by a very nice hostess at the door who took our drink order. The place was busy, obviously popular with locals for lunch. It was a typical pizza hut pizza, but cooked well. Service was excellent. Lunch buffet was busy, but we ordered off the menu. Our experience was a nice, clean Pizza Hut with courteous staff. read more

Called for delivery. Female answered and I was told they don't deliver when the website says it does. Then I wasn't given a chance to say carry-out, I was automatically hung up on. Rude as hell!! That's how you lose customers. With shitty service like this! read more

After calling this place repeatedly with no answer we decided to just go there, once getting there we soon realized that this is the dirtiest most disgusting pizza place that I have ever been to. The place smelled like urine the moment we walked through the door. The floor and most all the tables were completely repulsive! Against my better judgment I attempted to look over a menu and that's when an employee attempted to take my order. Her attitude was nastier than the restaurant. By this point I was completely done. Nasty, dirty, mold, mildew, grease, no service. Hair in pizza. Under cooked crust. Dirty dishes.

My family was going by Greenville on the interstate and stopped to have pizza here. Pizza Hut has in the past had a pretty good standard. The only thing they had to order was bread sticks, chicken wings and thin crust pizza. No pan. No hand tossed. This was a Saturday night and they also had one server working who never came back to the table after our food was delivered. The place was pretty dark also. I would recommend skipping this location for pizza. read more

I visited on a Monday around noon and found the buffet full of pizzas, pasta and fresh salad fixings. New pizzas were brought out regularly. The place was full of locals that were known to the staff. We were greeted by a friendly woman who took our drink order and they were on the table when we sat down. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. There was a special that lowered the buffet lunch price to $4.99 when you purchased a fountain drink. It was a good value. I'd recommend it. read more

Very good food, on par with any other pizza hut (I like Pizza Hut). Staff was very nice and cooked my poor forlorn 6-year old a personal pizza when the buffet pepperoni ran out. Bill was $20 for two adult and two kids. Great experience. read more
