It would make a big difference if the area was opened and heated before seating guests, since most people naturally prefer to sit somewhere warm when it's freezing outside. Unfortunately, when customers ask to move to a warmer area, it can feel like the request is treated more as an annoyance than an effort to make guests comfortable. The pizza maker decides to ask me my name again and grabs my order from the shelf. I pay for my order, dropped some unsavory lip and left. The manager calls the city police. The police arrive at my personal residence to tell me I'm 86'd from Dominos. Good times in the Bakken!
