I ordered at 6:15 and I was given a delivery of 6:59-7:07. No big deal. At 7:29 the driver picked up my pizza for delivery and at 8:01 I finally had it in my hand. This is December. Unfortunately, when customers ask to move to a warmer area, it can feel like the request is treated more as an annoyance than an effort to make guests comfortable.
