She keeps saying "I don't know"...... and let me ask the title company directly.......... If I have to do it my self, why do I need pay an escrow company? It doesn't make any sense..... I was sent two nearly identical forms regarding membership exemptions, filled out the wrong one while I was out of town, and corrected it immediately upon returning--yet was still charged $50 per person. What was most frustrating was not the fee itself, but the unwillingness to acknowledge the confusion or make a simple, reasonable accommodation, along with the insulting implication that I was being combative, which was completely untrue. For an organization that is supposed to support its members, this felt more like an unnecessary money grab than member service.

A few days later she calls and says the house is back in the market and that I should make a offer right away over the phone without even showing me the house. I insist on seeing the house and when I arrive at the house she tells me it is a different house. What a joke. She shows me this beat up house and tells to make a offer $40,000 above the selling price. Stay away from this realtor. Dang.. cannot give negative stars.
