And an hour later you're doing it all over again.. very very very poor quality tires would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND I've called and emailed the company with no response so I guess they know what their selling. Vietnamese associate communication skills and customer service was subpar at best. after work was…read moredone I watched my car sitting in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes.. when they decided it was time to check out, the only thing I heard from the Gentlman was, you can go now. this gentleman treated me like a pest instead of a Customer.. the black young lady that came on on dury while I was in the waiting room didn't seem like she had a sense of urgency. The Gentlman asked me to go out and get my license plate number and miles off the car while he's sat in a chair, totally oblivious to good customer service or not willing to give it.. I was under the impression that since their ratings were so low,why even put effort into good customer service with the customers that were present. I'm trying to figure out how this guy could even be an employee with the service that he exhibited unless he's part owner.. I was there for a wheel alignment and a tire rotation, and he didn't give me any paperwork for either upon departure, I felt his actions was telling me to get the hell out of there.
