I called three places first and got voicemail. Someone actually answered the phone at this establishment. He told me to bring it on over as it was not that busy. I was in and out in literally 15 to 20 minutes. It was raining a little bit so he told me I could sit in the car while my tires were balanced. This place was fast, convenient and fairly priced. One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. That part, I'll take onus for. I should've asked. It's a friendly establishment, but jokes don't fix cars. I do not recommend this location.

I pick up the car and went to the auto store to buy a new filter to put in and found they broke the air holder cover latch and a missing screw to hold the drawer in. I took the car to them and show the manager the broken part and missing screw, he said he will order a new part to replace it. I waited weeks and call him to see if the part is there and he said NO after couple weeks goes by I call back and he said they didn't break it and they will not replace this for me.
