They stand by their word !!…read more I had a big driveway sealed by Grindstaff late last summer and this spring something did not look right. So I called and asked if they would come out and look at it. They were there the next day and immediately confirmed that there was something wrong, the sealer did not seem to have covered the blacktop properly. They said they had never seen something like that in any of their previous work, but would stand by their word and make it right. They said they would be back up when the weather was good and redo the entire driveway at no extra cost. Wow !! Where do you find that service anymore. No excuses, just honest work. They just finished the job and it looks great. The work was meticulous as well. They trimmed the grass along the edges, blew off all of the grass clippings on the driveway, then worked as a team to get the sealer down, before I knew it they were done and on their way. These are good people, they take pride in their work and the stand by their word. I would refer them to anyone in a heartbeat. When a business stands behind their work the way Grindstaff Paving did for me, that means everything. Thank you again !!

Our anger has subsided but the disappointment and regret has not…read more Chad's carpentry and plumbing skills were adequate; his electrical work was unprofessional, dangerous, and not to code (electrical wire for the fireplace fans was cut and not properly re-connected; wires were spliced behind a wall with no junction box; and wires were spliced and sandwiched between the wood base of the (off-center) hearth and directly on carpet. We hired a qualified contractor to correct these dangerous safety issues and they will attest to this. A rotted/termite-destroyed stud was not repaired or replaced. Their drywall and Christa's painting skills were sad - nails were popping out; an electrical outlet was covered; and new drywall was not sanded smooth or primed before a very thin and uneven coat of paint was sprayed on the bare drywall. We sanded and repainted every single wall ourselves. Half-way through the project, we sent an email to CDS outlining the remaining items to be completed and/or corrected. They replied, in part: "... we are not preforming up your standards ... find another contractor..." We did. We have photos and video clips of CDS's poor workmanship to backup this review.

Went to the physical location; doors locked were locked and nobody answered the Ring security doorbell. Poor customer service if this is how BP runs their business (into the ground). BP needs to update their website(s) and anywhere you have they have their brand plastered on. If Bath Planet can't manage the simple task of updating websites of their store closures, I can imagine the kind of poor workmanship they would deliver (from the administration on down) to an unsuspecting customer. Nothing but pure laziness on BP's part. Go elsewhere, you'll most likely get a better price and definitely get better customer service. Who every is in charge of BP's marketing needs to find another line of work...a carnival barker comes to mind.
