I visited the store hoping to get a better price, but the staff didn't seem interested in being competitive. When I asked about the delivery charge, I was told it would be $79. What was disappointing is that the salesperson didn't even attempt to check with a manager to see if delivery could be discounted or waived. Instead, he insisted that everyone charges that much and that no one delivers for free. When I mentioned that Tasco was offering delivery for $20, he dismissed it and said that wasn't true. Rather than focusing on making the sale, he went off on unrelated details about where he used to work and where he lives, which felt unprofessional and off-topic. In the end, I crossed the street, purchased the exact same unit at The Brick, and received free delivery. Bought my appliances a year before my house was built. Appliances were out of stock in my closing day. Had to wait for months for my fridge despite paying in full for them. Also washer and dryer on back order. I bought my appliances last year 2024 for my new house this year 2025 and bought them with specific measurements given to my Kitchen builder. Now I find out I will not be getting my stove and dishwasher for weeks after I move in. I am Celiac and I need to cook food for my family. I can put up with a delay in getting my dishwasher but I do not understand how they do not have my appliances sitting in reserve and not ordered and now backordered because of their incompetence. They tried to offer me a more expensive dishwasher and a lower end model stove and I refused. This is worst Customer Service and I do not recommend anyone shopping here or at Goeman's. Stoney CreekService was all about the sales.no information or advice about what washer or dryer would be a better choice. Being a senior and not made purchase of washer and dryer for very long time information would have been timely.first all the water is not extrated therefore have use extra step and my washer and dryer are in basement.2trips..... if the salesman looked at me he would notice I am 5foot Have to use reacher .reaching down that far is difficult and hard for a senior that isn't going taller .the pressing pad is very temperamental,press hard press soft until you get it right.on both washer and dryer. Terrible customer service when we purchased and now that i need warranty service, the same terrible service. When calling to get service under warranty, you get passed around to different people. Multiple service calls later, it's been 3 months, and my kitchenaid oven is still not working. Refuse to give a loaner and refuse to help expedite. keep being told to wait for the next part. We would NOT RECCOMMEND Goemans to anyone. I can't even give them 1 Star. In 2018 we purchased the appliances through Vaughan for our new house. We could take what the builder offered or pay for an upgrade. We did upgrade some and when the warranty was done it did not include the amount credited by the builder except for the one we did not change. We did no realize this until our wall oven was deemed unfixable. When we got the credit for it it was only for what we had paid not the original price. They changed billing receipts since our purchase so no one can find our bills as per what we have, did not change over email and phone when we moved. We have fought from the beginning, paid for installation but they were not able to install micro and oven, some installation was repaid. We were notified in early 2021 that our wall oven was not fixable and that is when we found out about the pricing used for our extended warranty. Comerco said they go by what Goemans give them in the paerwork and we had to use Goemans again to purchase the new wall oven and that has been a terrible experience. They have been rude, nasty and not listening and accused me of lying at one point by the manager at Vaughan. We are stuck with Goemans for all replacemets and that is not making us happy at all. During this time we also suggested Goemans could pay the difference as it is a mistake on their part and they got very upset that I would think this. It is their error, Goemans has had the amount that the builder paid for our appliances and we do not have credit. We have fought with so many people and finally it was escalated to the managers and agreed that the warranty was not done correctly. Fortunately we had copies of pics that we ordered and the prices on that and the breakdown that Judith Orato gave us when we put the order in. They finally fixed it for the wall oven so we could get a replacement, and we are still waiting updates for the other appliances. WE have been dealing with Shamiyah Farquharson in escalations, and she says trust me I have notes regarding the warranty for the rest and I'll be here if anything goes wrong with them. We asked for a copy from Comerco for the proper amounts and as of the beginning of March no more updates on that. I asked to speak to the owner Jeff Goeman, but no one will give us the owners contact information. We just received replacement wall oven almost a year later and and we still had to pay as the prices increased since we started to talk to them about the discrepancies in the warranty pricing. We are waiting for a part to come from LG that was missing on the front of the oven. It is a real shame there is no interegity in dealing with Goemans after we paid for the appliances or doing the warranty paperwork. The McNeills read more

Sadly, we never had the chance to make it to the purchasing stage. We met with a salesperson and requested a quote for 6 appliances. The quote was emailed to us a few days later. The quote was one large number without the customary breakdown of each appliance separately. When we requested a breakdown, the salesperson said that unless we paid 10% of the quote price (approximately $5000), he would not break it down for us! While I wasn't visiting Goemans Appliances to purchase anything, a special chocolate making class brought me in a month or so back and I was really impressed with the sheer size of the space. The class was hosted by Chocolate Tales and Goemans locations are some of the various bricks and mortar locations where you can attend one of these classes, especially if you bought one off of Groupon or the like. I think allowing these classes to use their live kitchen and their facilities is a fantastic passive way of promoting themselves and making people aware of a) where they are, b) who they are and c) what they offer (obviously appliances). I got to take a quick walk around the store before and after the class (mostly on route to the rest room) but I was really taken aback at the massive appliance selection and the range of brands they offered. Everything from affordable options to super high-end. I wasn't shopping this time, and admittedly, I'm usually a Brick, Home Depot shopper, but in future, I'm definitely going to drop by Goemans as well when I'm in the market for major appliances. read more

Super sales person, awful customer service. Spent several hours with the sales person Lisa. She was great and we walked through all the appliances. I placed a large order for laundry, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, range hood and cooktop. She worked on a good price. However, once it left her desk the delivery and service people came into play. Firstly, credit cards are not accepted. Required payment via direct debit. Things took forever to be delivered. Many calls, emails were required. My fridge installation was cancelled the night before with no explanation. I had to arrange for the contractor to come back at my costs. The freezer was on the promoted website as a great buy but was out of stock with no in-stock date. I waited for 4 months (and it was paid for) and if not for the hard work of the sales person I have no idea if I would have a freezer. She was able to get me a different vendor, but had to plead with the management because priority was for new customers, not a standing order. She prevailed. The dishwasher, Miele, was expensive and although ordered in September has now slid to a "maybe" for April delivery. For a high end appliance store, the backend support is weak and the agents read a script. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told "we don't have any supervisors". Find another vendor if you can. We visited a few appliance centres and went back to Goemans! The price was right, the showroom had great selections and is very big. Our sale associate Chantelle was very knowledgeable answered all our questions was very respectful, patient and not pushy at all - something we looked for in a sales associate. Chantelle made our experience less stressful as we were buying a full set of kitchen appliances for our new home. Thank you Chantelle. Worst place to buy from, They don't stand by what they sale.. We bought Stove from them and purchased extra warranty, as we brought it home first time was turned on It started smoking we called to have it replace..at first they did not want to take responsibility then finally they said they will contact Kitchen Aid to replace it..well the replacement came and control panel was busted and the Avon door does not close..story short they have not change that either with many phone calls and many e-mails back and forth non of them Kitchen Aid or Appliances Canada is taking responsibility. I have forward a complaint to Better Business Bureau and looking will not stop Blog and negative write up about them.. We bought a Maytag industrial washing machine at Goemans Vaughan location, Judith Oreta the sales lady who even confirmed with her supervisor that we were getting an agitating old fashion machine. She also offered us an extended 4 years warranty. They delivered the wrong machine and when we contacted the store we were informed that "they don't make those anymore" and that "this is the best you are going to get!" Goeman's manager seemed totally unconcerned about our poor experience we left 2 messages for the owner but she did not call us back. We recently had to contact Goemans because the washer quit. Turns out that Goemans is not responsible for the warranty, "Comerco" is the company selling the warranty but Comerco does not service the machines, they contract the job out to "Transglobal".We first call Goemans on November 1, 2018, 4 different technicians came to my house. The people from this 3 companies have been very rude, disrespectful and they talk over you in a demeaning way. I still do not have the use of my machine. After more than a month and a half, just yesterday they sent me an email with a credit that forces me to go back to Goemans and get a new machine without the warranty, so we lost our warranty for the remaining years as they will not pay for that. read more

On Sept 25 I had purchased a stackable washer and dryer from this company only to have my dryer break down 2 weeks later! My stackable is a whirlpool! Ever since then I have had to fight tooth and nail for a replacement or fix of my machine and NOTHING has been done! I have called Goemans time and time again for help even had to speak to manager and I've been told that my warranty now has NOTHING to do with them anymore and I now have to take it up with whirlpool! I have suggested to have my stackable replaced and be done with it or get my money back and they have completely refused both! This company has had horrifying reviews everywhere I've looked them up and if only I did my homework before being recommended by someone I WOULD NEVER have bought anything from them! Its a disgrace how this company is still in business and this is how they conduct themselves! I have basically been told they wash their hands the minute the appliance is out of their hands and now I need to take it up with whirlpool! What a major disappointment. I took a great deal of time buying a fridge, slide in stove, dishwasher and microwave. I brought pictures of the current appliances and pictures of all the appliance specifications from the manuals because I wanted to ensure my purchases would fit the the designated space. Chantelle Hope my sales person assured me my choices would fit. I purchased my appliances on April 3, 2021 and was given and ETA of May 12, 2021. I received a loner fridge because I was told there was no on ETA on the fridge. The loner fridge was delivered although I had to make the delivery arrangements. My delivery for the appliances minus fridge was made for July 13, 2021. The 1st delivery person entered my condo and said there is nothing on the delivery about taking my existing fridge and there is no room on the truck for it. The next delivery man entered my suite saying the delivery needed to be made in 10 minutes due to parking issues. Than I'm told they can't take my existing fridge because it's not disconnected. I paid for disconnection and it's on my invoice. I called the store to speak to Chantelle Hope my salesperson. I was told she was off. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy and would call me back. The receptionist spoke to the delivery man but was of no use. Rob the store manager finally came on the phone and confirmed what I had said about the delivery instructions. Rob told the delivery man to disconnect my fridge. He could not figure out how to shut the water off and said he was not comfortable doing it. To add insult to injury than I'm told the slide in stove I purchased will not fit. Rob the store manager he will see what he can do about the stove issue. Needless to say I did not accept delivery of any of the appliances. I called Goemans customer service and the only became worse. I was passed from person to person put and hold calls got disconnected. All I got was attitude from the 8 "customer service" people and no resolution. So No appliances, No resolution and Goemans has my MONEY! What a great customer experience! read more

First of all dear potential appliance customers around GTA "PLEASE, please" never-ever enter any Geomans GTA appliance store, you will save your self tons of trouble, time and endless frustration. As per Internet reviews it seems to be that every Geomans store has equally bad reputation no matter where you go. Unfortunately me and my wife entered Geomans store in Vaughan beginning of June 2019 and of course everything was absolute disaster, I will for ever regret entering Geomans store and I won't do it ever again for sure. We gave them $9000.00 of business however they didn't appreciate it at all. The sales person made a sale, washed his hands and after that point didn't care about us whatsoever. The thing is once you paid money to them you become nothing and nobody and they can do whatever they like to you because they have your money. In fact once the appliance was delivered and delivery people (who by the way were quite nice ) left our house my wife found out that we received dented Bosh-Microwave combo unit and this was a day where all our trouble started. I called and requested exchange but they have send Bosh technician to take a look. Ten days for technician to arrive, he wrote very clear report that unit needs to be replaced and so on. Days are passing, endless frustration with this horrible company, their customer service, the store manager who just simply doesn't care. I end up calling the customer support dozen time spending my personal time on the phone waiting for next available representative being put on hold who knows how many times instead of them calling me and informing me about the situation, what steps have been taken to replace the unit and so on? The customer service people (if you get somebody on the phone ) are just doing everything to prolong the conversation and to frustrate you even more. Even though all needed information are written in the file they go over and over with tons of unnecessary questions putting you on hold many times doing who knows what over there, provocating and simply to say molesting you. Ah, It would take way more time and effort for me to put entire story and review together but I don't have lots of time nor you people out there have time to read long review. To make long story short after endless calls and frustrations and two months waiting period they promised that the unit will be replaced. Guess what they messed up two times always changing possible day and time and of course we went into the third month of this misery. I end up taking multiple vacation days to be at my home for delivery but my vacation days were taken for nothing because they didn't show up ( can't blame delivery people it is not their fault). The thing is, to the Geomans people our trouble means nothing and that we didn't have functional Owen for three months period even though we paid big bucks for it is not their concern, why should they care, they got our money? I can't stress enough how disappointed, frustrated and disrespected we were by this horrible company therefore dear customer arround GTA my advise is: don't ever think to enter any Geomans GTA store and give them your money, you will never be treated with respect and dignity because this organization doesn't have any dignity whatsoever. read more
