I've been here 3 times this week (january 2018 Snowmageddon) and this store despite the snow dump and freezing snow-rain has customers constantly coming in and out. They seem to have at least three sales staff that are always here, and they all acknowledge you and ask if you need help. Kal(Khaled) was the guy that helped me and was really nice without any pressure. He understood I needed some items today or fast and helped to call for expedited delivery. Then I returned a few days later to return a tap because my plumber needed another style set up, and he remembered me and offered to exchange to another item, as the refund policy is strict here. They have a house brand called Royal, which syle looks like another premier brand but for way less, and it feels really solid, full of metal not plastic parts like you get at a big box store. Lots of high end bathroom plumbing parts, free standing, bath tubs, toilets, bowl sinks and vanities on sale over the winter. My work colleague did warn me, she also bought from them at this sale, and a small piece was missing from her shower set in the sealed box. When she asked for them to help they referred her to the company(Grohe in this example) as they are the ones who packed the boxes and can send the replacement/missing pieces and not this store. I can see why this would upset customers, but Home Depot would do the same. So far so good, happy with my purchases on plumbing hardware.

Today, I visited the store to buy something, but when I arrived, the door wasn't locked and there was no one inside. I called out several times, saying "Hello, hello," but nobody responded. Concerned that something might have happened, I went a little further inside and called again, "Hello, is anybody here?" One of your staff members, a tall man, suddenly ran over and shouted at me, asking, "Why did you come in? If the lights are off, it means the store is closed." I apologized, explaining that I didn't know that, but he was very rude and told me to leave, saying, "The store is closed, get out of my store." However, the store was supposed to close at 5 p.m., and it was only 4:03 p.m. at the time. I waited outside for 2-3 minutes and then went back in to ask for the manager. The door still wasn't locked. When I re-entered, the same man opened the door, saw me, and immediately closed it again. I asked for the manager, and he claimed that he was the manager. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. This is highly disrespectful to customers and reflects very poor service. I am considering filing a complaint with Human Rights regarding this issue. No staff member should speak to a customer with that kind of attitude. Don`t let the elegant appearance fool you, the quality of kitchen faucets is poor. Stick to the flooring, and anything that has no moving parts. I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.
