Dr. Caputo took time to assess my situation, and provided clear explanation of the treatment options including a cost estimate that turned out to be 100% accurate. Dr. Caputo and Tatum took time to ensure I was comfortable as could be given my urgent situation. They were responsive to my requests for additional support for pain and walked me through the entire process. I am so thankful they could get a new patient in so quickly and took such great care to ensure the treatment was successful. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. WOW! I liked them so much I immediate signed a family member up as a new patient as well and made the appointment right away. A+++++ experience.

I have mixed emotions about this office. The staff was great. The dentist I believe did not give…read moretruthful answers to a few concerns of mine. One being the size of crowns and shape. Said the lab could only go with the impressions taken and nothing could be done since they were so worn from grinding my teeth. I personally feel the lab can do anything but will cost you. I was asking if they could be a little bigger and give them a little definition. How hard is it to take the little tool and make a "x" in the molers and a few slashes to give some form of definition to the front ones? Instead they are smooth and roundish on the top portiin so they look a little like tiny white marshmellows that cost how much per crown? They were up in the $600 range times 6. The dentist before did 2 crowns on the lower teeth and reason for leaving was they somehow ended up as being bright white crown which were supposed to be to be B1's. Later for the lower partial that dentist wanted to change me an extra $150 to match the bright white shade and said that is what his lab charges him extra for the bright white shade. Hmm, I didn't get charged the extraa charge for the 2 crowns. I questioned that vs the shade of my upper temp. denture he did. Out came the shade charts. This time there were 3 charts being shown to me where as before only 2 were shown. I feel someine un the office ordered the wrong shade. Outcome, I found Premier as my new dentist. The bright white shade was mentiined during my 2st appointment. I also told them I needed suggestions when it came to selectung the shade for the upper permanent denture he would be doing. He did a great job and was very helpful to match that bright white shade with the 6 crowns he did. I feel while talking to someone face to face the lower teeth have a balance and don't jump out at you screaming and flashing neon white like they did before. I'm not happy with the work he did concerning my upper denture. The day that was supposed to be for adjusting the fit, shape and shade, I never was shown choices for the shade, mainly due to the confusion going on concerning the hugh gap 1/8-1/4" between the upper and lower teeth on my right side. None on that side made contact with the liwer teeth. He should have pointed that out as soon as he saw it and indicate he was not happy with the gap but he didn't. Maybe i wouldn't notice it. You would think it would go back to the lab. Instead he ended up with torch in hand and spent a long time lowering the teeth on the upper denture. 3 attempts and it was a lot better but still a slight gap. That for sure was not very cost effective; his vs the labs. He made that choice. It seemed like a rush job after I finally said I was OK with the gab to get me on my way. With all the confusion trying to adjust the gap going back and forth to that torch the several attemps the shade was not even addressed and I didn't remember to mention it. After getting the finished product several friends mentioned the difference between the upperband lower shades. They ended up being the same shade as the temporary denture and all that was mentioned during that 1st appointment. I emailed the office about the shade difference and even considered it to be partially my error because i didn't remember to mention it during all the confusion. I went as far as offering to pay for it out of pocket and asked if the price could be discounted due to not having a choice with the shade like I was told. I got no reply, I just got ghosted.

I needed to get my wisdom teeth out (all 4, and full sedation was the only thing I'd consider). Dr. Jimenez and his staff clearly explained everything, showing on the x-rays how the four teeth would grow in if I left any of them, explaining the concerns about them poking through the gums (which one had already done), outlining where a bit of reconstruction in the gum lines would happen, and going over my medical history to ensure I would have smooth and stress-free removal. This consultation was $69, but again that may be high because of the insurance issue. Delta Dental lists dentists here as covered online, but when they ran my insurance, it didn't cover them. The $69 consultation fee was ultimately put towards the surgery though which was appreciated, and the dental assistant was quite patient as we waited to get the pre-determination numbers for the entire sedated procedure. They were also very easy to book with; they got me schedule for the surgery less than 3 weeks after the consultation, which was much quicker than I was expecting given the backups in medical field appointments I've experienced lately, and were able to put together an acceptable rate as "uninsured" that I agreed to since it was in budget for what I had already expected to pay for this procedure. The building itself is pretty easy to access, has a very spacious waiting room, and feels clean and updated. There seems to be many locations for this dentist across the Bay Area that have that same clean and updated feel, so I definitely appreciate that!

After a more recent for an adjustment I asked the female receptionist about the continuing the the adjustments going forward and she said there was no problem. I have had about 5-6 adjustments up until about March 31 at 10:00, I arrived on time and was not taken for exactly 11:45, at which time I stated this was unacceptable and was told that was the best they could do. I have been complaining that in spite of all the adjustments every time I try to chew the dentures cut into my cheeks. Fast forward to April 3 I spoke to the young male at the reception desk who said they were having issue and he could not get me in for a couple of weeks. I am trying to refrain from going to BBB with a formal complaint. But suffice it to say I am very dissatisfied with their treatment and like a refund in full. By the way I have had dentures for over 60 years and never had any issues.
