Dr. Spargimino is the best dentist I've ever had. She is a master with a novocaine needle and has helped me let go of my life long dental phobia. The financial lady, Debbie, also deserves a shout-out for helping me reverse a fraudulent charge by another dental practice so I could have a crown put on over my implant.
