Bedford Care is the Best Dental Practice that I have found. This is a modern dental practice. Their…read morewaiting room is always full with patients, young and old. Dr. Connolly is the best dentist that I ever had in my life being 73 years old. I wish I would have found this dentist practice 20 years ago. I had severe gum disease which other dentist practices just said pull, and pulled my teeth out. So i winded up having all my teeth pulled in my lower mouth. I had 2 implants, implanted in my lower jaw and had a overdenture that was made by the same dental practice. They were good and I had no complaints. On vacation I lost my over denture and needed a new one made. Went to dentist practice close by who proclaims himself as a dentist to a sports team. This dentist made a overdenture for me but it was never made correctly, he had no experience making a overdenture. I couldn't eat or chew anything and could not wear them. I heard good things about Bedford Dental Care from another dental practice who told me to go there. I went to Bedford Dental Care and met Dr. Connolly who made a new overdenture for me. I am now able to eat & chew normally again. I can even eat a steak. I had to have a 0 Ring replaced today and I wasn't charged anything. Just want to say Thank you to Dr. Connolly and to all his wonderful staff that works there.

Two days before my appointment I replied "sure" to a text and didn't realize I had changed my time that conflicted with my also pre-scheduled VA appointment. When I contacted them to cancel my appointment they said they would charge me $75 for a late cancellation. I had to cancel my needed VA appointment as I can't afford this unnecessary fee due to their inability to maintain their scheduled appointments.

stopped going there a couple weeks ago after my wife ran into significant problems with their…read moreservice and office management and the communication between their internal dentist. My wife went in there for a routine cleaning earlier this winter. They did not give her the cleaning and said she needed to get a root canal and sent her to a root canal specialist. We went to the root canal specialist they sent us to the root canal specialist said she does not need a root canal and that she needs to be seen by a periodontist. We made an appointment with them at the main doctor's office to see their periodontist. When my wife arrived the periodontist saw her and said that she should have had a cleaning 3 months ago when she was originally scheduled and proceeded to question her about why she didn't have a cleaning. The Perry odontist then told her that she needed to go have a root canal. My wife told her that it was the dentist in that office. Her partner who had said she couldn't have a cleaning until she had seen a root canal specialist. The periodontist did not communicate with the other dentist in the office nor did they read the records sent over from the root canal specialist saying that she needed to see a periodontist. When we made these statements to the office manager she got incredibly frustrated and rude with us. My wife got me on the phone and I explained the situation once again and asked why there wasn't any communication between the dentist, the periodontist, and the root canal specialist before the appointment and why they were questioning why my wife hadn't had her teeth cleaned and trying to send her back to the root canal specialist. To put it mildly. This whole situation was incredibly frustrating and we were traded quite rudely. We proceeded to make an appointment with them to get my my wife's procedure done with the periodontist. They said they needed to run the insurance and we said okay to them to that. But we wanted an estimate without insurance because we were sure our after reading our insurance the insurance would not cover special procedure by the periodontist. We followed up when we hadn't heard back what the insurance had said we also once again stated that the insurance we had reviewed on our plan would not cover this and we would like a estimate. They said they would have us one in another week. They hadn't heard back from the insurance and we said we'd like to cancel the appointment unless we get an estimate before the procedure. They said they would follow up with the insurance and they said they would get us an estimate. My wife called back on the day they said they would have the estimate the following Tuesday. But they told her that she needed to contact insurance at that point to get pre-approval. When they already said they were doing it 3 weeks earlier. To say the least, this place is poorly run. The office manager does not do her job. There is no communication with dentists inside the office nor is there communication and coordination of care with outside offices even if they have referred you to them and then sent your records back to them after they ran the procedures that they were asked to. If this isn't the only option for you and your network, don't go there because the quality of care from the dentist is terrible. The teeth cleaning is fine. They did a great job. The technicians are good but beyond that I would say this practice is poorly run since it has been transferred over to the new ownership and if there was a way to give it zero Stars I would. We have never seen such horrible care from any sort of medical practice. We were already unimpressed after the practice was transferred over to new ownership over a year ago with the minimal amount of time the dentist would see you during an appointment. It was not impressive and it was already on our list of things to find a new provider and this horrible care sealed the deal
