We requested that our records be sent from our dentists to thier office so that Dr Amer would have our dental histories. 8 phone calls since April 29, our previous dentist office sent the records via thier email portal 4 different times & they say they never got them. 6/5/26 I called to ensure the records were there prior to my 6/23/26 appt & the receptionist said she would call them to ensure that the records got received & assured me she had my husband's records there on file. When I showed up at 8a 6/23, they said they didn't have my records & would call them that morning to get them, I said I would reschedule. I came back to the office the next afternoon & asked at the desk for the office manager & the person I asked said she was the manager. I told her the ordeal that I have been going thru with trying to get my records to them despite the other dental office sending them multiple times. She said they could do the exam & xrays to determine what would be needed. I said that the dentist should have my history. She said she would call them & that the other office didn't send them otherwise they would be there & I told her my husband's dentist had the same problem but that I was told they got his records. She looked & said they didn't have his records either. I got even more upset & frustrated at that since the person IN HER OFFICE had told me his records were there. At that point- not saying she was sorry for all the problems with getting the records....not saying anything about the issue that her person didn't know what they were talking about regarding my husbands records, not acknowledging the hours spent trying to get this done.NO! She says "Maybe we aren't a good fit for you." BOY, SHE GOT THAT RIGHT. TOO BAD. I DOUBT THAT WE ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SITE GETTING RECORDS.
