Gofo Express i a the worst logistics company! I don't often give one star reviews but if I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately, I have not had one but two packages now that never got delivered. I bought items from Pop Mart who frequently uses Gofo as a domestic courier for US orders. These were packages that were shipped internationally via Yun Express and then were handed over to Gofo for the final delivery. Both times, my packages showed up to date tracking until it arrived at the Gofo delivery station. This is where all tracking stopped. My first package has shown in transit for the last 72 days! I had to call Popmart who offered to send me a replacement package and now my replacement package is also stuck and the tracking is no longer updating. When I tried to call Gofo they basically said i would need to go back to Popmart and that they could not help. It is quite upsetting to not be able to get my packages. These were items that ended up getting sold out by Popmart and I had to go look elsewhere now to purchase them because Gofo never delivered. I don't know if these packages are getting stolen or what is happening to cause all tracking to get lost. I am now hesistant to purchase from any company that uses Gofo. Amazon should also be included among the most disappointing delivery experiences. Over the past two years, this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with logistics companies. Packages are routinely mishandled--thrown at my door, photographed inside the delivery vehicle, then placed on my steps for a second photo, and in some cases even taken back into the vehicle afterward. For business deliveries, drivers often make no attempt to enter the building. Instead, packages are left outside--even when the business is clearly open or closed--making theft almost inevitable. I have personally contacted customer service repeatedly--both by email and phone--with clear, specific delivery instructions that are consistently ignored. Even today, a package was stolen despite my prior efforts to prevent exactly this situation. Absolutely terrible delivery company. GOFO claimed there was an address problem but never contacted me. I received no phone call, email, or text message. I only discovered there was an issue because I checked the tracking myself. I immediately called customer service and spent a significant amount of time confirming every possible delivery detail, including my address, phone number, email, parking instructions, building color, entry instructions, call box, mailbox location, and even surrounding buildings on a map. After that call, GOFO updated the tracking to show "Address Corrected." Despite having all of that information, they later claimed they needed it again. They ultimately returned my package to the sender, saying there had been no confirmation within 14 days. Their own tracking contradicts that explanation because it shows the address was corrected on June 29, and the package was returned on July 5. I did everything I could to help them complete the delivery. GOFO still failed to deliver my package. This experience wasted my time, caused me to miss receiving an item I needed for a trip, and ensured I will never choose a retailer that ships with GOFO Express again. read more

For example, they advertise a soft linen dress with embroidered flowers. what you get is an oversized cheap polyester dress with printed patches that don't resemble flowers. When you try to return the item they stipulate you must return the item through GoFo only. Believe me, that return package will never reach China and your refund/money is as good as gone. So please don't buy from unknown companies that you cannot verify their existence in the US, and as all of you have attested, GoFo is a scam. If possible I would leave a negative 50 for this courier Service. They are ridiculous, they delivered my package to a completely different apartment complex with over 300 units in it. My complex is located one block away with 80 units total and of course the address is entirely different. The only thing in common is that they are both located in the same city state and zip code.
