They asked me to provide pictures of my house, driveway, front door, and entry. i included the pictures the delivery driver took of where my package was delivered . which clear was not my house. All they have to say is "rest assured it will be delivered in three days including weekends." The driver pulled up in front of our house and sat there for a while smoking with the windows down. Instead of delivering the package properly, he tossed it from the driver's seat through the passenger-side window, and it landed in my yard. I went outside and told him that this was an unacceptable way to handle a delivery. Interestingly, once confronted, he suddenly remembered how to get out of the truck and actually do his job. The situation then escalated when he began using racial slurs and portraying himself as the victim, despite race never being mentioned. He also made threats toward me. It was an unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate interaction. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've had. My package was thrown over my fence into the middle of my yard. Instead of leaving against the outside of the fence or under the carport. I realize there are dogs in my yard, I'm not asking you to come into the yard. I understand being scared and wanting to leave. However the driver couldn't have been that scared to take the time to walk up to the fence chuck the package in the yard and take 4 photos while standing in the driveway. This is the worst delivery service I ever dealt with. Ordered a package from Temu who uses this delivery service. They delivered a package on 6/22/26 with a few pictures showing the entrance of the 20 story building & the a picture showing it was left by the mailboxes which are in the lobby opposite the elevators. When I went to retrieve the package, it was gone, obviously someone took it. The label shows my apt. # on it, they did not ring my bell, call me or deliver it to my apt door. My husband and I ordered 2 packages from different vendors and this was delivery company that the vendors used. My husband and I had our packages delivered to our places of employment. I. My husband case they failed 3 times to deliver his package after Go Fo was given the correct address 3 times. My package was delivered yesterday and the delivery instructions were not followed and the package was left in the hallway and instead given to the receptionist on the lower level as the address indicted. I called GO FO about both issues and there was no resolution to either of these issues. GOFO, like UniUni, should not be operating in the United States given the level of service they provide. Nor do they deserve even a one-star rating. Amazon should also be included among the most disappointing delivery experiences. Over the past two years, this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with logistics companies. Packages are routinely mishandled--thrown at my door, photographed inside the delivery vehicle, then placed on my steps for a second photo, and in some cases even taken back into the vehicle afterward. For business deliveries, drivers often make no attempt to enter the building. Instead, packages are left outside--even when the business is clearly open or closed--making theft almost inevitable. I have personally contacted customer service repeatedly--both by email and phone--with clear, specific delivery instructions that are consistently ignored. Even today, a package was stolen despite my prior efforts to prevent exactly this situation. I have reached out to customer service over 380 times, and only once has my request actually been followed. My package has been "in transit" for weeks with no clear updates, no reliable tracking, and absolutely no communication. I am extremely disappointed with GoFO Shipping Company's delivery service. My package clearly had my correct apartment number listed, yet the driver left it somewhere completely different. Because of their carelessness, my package was stolen. This is unacceptable. Delivering to the correct address -- especially when the apartment number is clearly provided -- is the bare minimum expectation. Leaving packages in random locations where anyone can take them shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. GoFo Express is a solid scam positioned in the United States by merchants in China who sell you merchandise under the guise of an American based company with phony Trustpilot reviews. The company I bought from is Carol and Margaret with an address in Wilmington, South Carolina. Their tactics are getting much better. Their merchandise doesn't resemble anything on their website. For example, they advertise a soft linen dress with embroidered flowers. what you get is an oversized cheap polyester dress with printed patches that don't resemble flowers. When you try to return the item they stipulate you must return the item through GoFo only. Believe me, that return package will never reach China and your refund/money is as good as gone. So please don't buy from unknown companies that you cannot verify their existence in the US, and as all of you have attested, GoFo is a scam. If possible I would leave a negative 50 for this courier Service. They are ridiculous, they delivered my package to a completely different apartment complex with over 300 units in it. My complex is located one block away with 80 units total and of course the address is entirely different. The only thing in common is that they are both located in the same city state and zip code. Apparently , that is the only thing the incompetent, lazy, and or illiterate driver noticed. Fortunately he or she was at least acted like they had one quarter of a brain and took a misdelivered photo which I use to locate my package myself after I got off from work. I went to the Apartment Complex a block away, drove around, walked around until I found the misdelivery location based on the photo the GOFO Driver provided. Talk about a major inconvenience and headache!!!!! GOFO should be paying me for said inconvenience, due diligence, gas, time. As I retrieved the misdelivered pkg from a really nice, honest Elderly Hispanic Woman. One of her daughters had taken the pkg inside their unit on her way to work with intention to take to USPS to return tomorrow. I showed the woman the misdelived delivery photo, she called one of her daughters and was told exactly where it was. She also let me talk directly to her daughter because she didn't speak English. The mother went inside and got the package for me, handed it over with a smile, it was still unopened and rightfully so. I thanked them for being so Forthwith, helpful and kind. They were extremely thoughtful, considerate. I truly appreciate them, they took great care of my package, weren't thieves. As for GOFO..... They're RIDICULOUS Ludicrous.
