Didn't appreciate the inconsistency... went in one day and and eyebrows came out perfect and next time it's like she was in a hurry and didn't even clean them up correctly and had to redo them somewhere else. Also first time I went she charged me $14 but then charged the person before me $11 and then next time charged me $16 and also charges different if it's cash. I went to Gogi Salon today and got a henna tattoo. It was so badly done. It looks like it was drawn by a little kid. It looks nothing like the picture, and I will never go there for henna again. Normally I would go and get my eyebrows waxed whenever I was getting a mani/pedi. Yet for the past year or so I've been noticing an abundance of signs or introductory videos at spas to get eyebrow threading and I was immediately curious on how this method works. A piece of string doing the same job of hot wax? No way. But since I'm the type of person to try everything once I decided I'd give it a try. I liked this place. I have not returned since my first visit because I did not like that the tech had an issue with the previous customer and chose to divulge that to me-- poor taste. The actual service though was good. She knows her craft and she lets you know, she knows her craft... depending on how you feel that can be a double edged sword. I went to Gogi Salon only two days ago and I assure you, I will not be returning. My sister and I decided to spend the day getting henna tattoos. Now, although we aren't of the Indian culture, I am an artist myself and I have a good background of traditional and more contemporary styles of henna. The "artist" informed us of the prices according to the design we picked out, and although I believed it to be a little pricey, I was excited to be there and proceeded to get tattooed. She had absolutely no artistic ability. In fact, what she tattooed on both of our hands may have even looked better if drawn by a five year old. We paid a total of $90 for only one of each of our hands. As if having crappy artwork on my hand wasn't bad enough, it gets better. Henna is generally suppose to last up to three weeks on your skin, getting darker in color everyday. The henna that cost us $90 lasted not even a full day fading hours after leaving the salon, and now two days later there is no sign of it at all. I would recommended anyone interested in henna to avoid Gogi Salon. read more

Went in here for the first time 2 weeks ago and Gogi took care of me. This lady is extremely nice and she really KNOWS what she's doing.
