I called before coming in for a walk in. The owner answered my call & let me know I could come in to get my brows done. I walked in, signed my name in the notebook, waited 2 minutes for her to finish with the client before me, & then it was my turn. My brows came out perfectly arched without me even having to ask for a good arch. & then I was offered a soothing cold stone treatment. The cold stone treatment really elevated my experience. I've never had this done before when getting my brows done. I loved it. There was no pressure to tip or not & I loved the relaxing music in the background. Santosh is so amazing at the art of eyebrow threading. She takes her time, is extremely detailed. Wonderful sanitizing procedures in place. Lobby chairs are socially distanced. There is a sign-in book if the lobby is full and you prefer to wait outside or in your vehicle. The entire seat and workstation is cleaned after each customer. I really enjoy and appreciate the ice at the end of the threading. Helps with the mild pain and redness that inevitably occurs with this process and is very relaxing too! I have been getting many compliments on my eyebrows ever since I began getting them done here. Only one star off because the price went up to $17 for eyebrows. No idea why it has taken me so long to write a review for this place! I have been coming to have my eyebrows threaded here for almost two years now. Just Brow is probably my favorite threading place in Broward. I have been to quite a few, but I love the consistency here. They always take such care and are extremely thorough. It's not really an in and out type of place because they are literally checking every millimeter of your brow for a misplaced hair. After the threading they do a cold stone massage to help with any discomfort. They also have soothing spa music playing which helps create such a relaxing environment. Brow threading is $17.50 which isn't the cheapest around, but it's definitely worth it! Highly recommend. read more

Stopped in around 4:30 on a Wednesday because I was starting to resemble a hairy beast. The store was very quiet at that time with one technician working. Her name sounded like Ann-o (sorry, no idea how to spell her name) She took me right away and threaded my brows exactly as requested. I asked her to just clean up and shape lightly. Mission accomplished, and I am very happy with the results. One star off for the price of $15.00. When we lived in Plantation I would pay $10.00 for brows only. $15.00 is a bit steep when you add in a generous tip for five minutes of work. Will return. read more

I love having my eyebrows threaded! I am so happy this place opened up super close to home! They have only been open for a few months. I've come here 4 times already and I have had a great experience every visit. They really take care of their customers and are very welcoming. The best part is not having to wait for my turn! I usually go around 6pm and I'm the only one there. The lady that threads my eyebrows is and has always been super nice. She leaves them exactly how I want them. Not too thin and they look very natural. The place is beyond clean and the decor is nice. They have two stations for threading. Pricing is approx. $15 bucks which is not bad at all. Sad to put this review. I used to love coming here. However two days in a row they closed early. I'm leaving for vacation and I tried twice to get a service here and both times let down. No sign on the door to state why they closed early. Everyone deserves to have short days and vacation but if you are planning on shutting early put a notice up! Don't do whatever you want and expect people to return. I even walked in yesterday and she said "sorry we are closed" keep in mind the door was unlocked.. and it was before 6:30. I've been going here for my eyebrows for a while. I don't know her name but I'm assuming she is the owner. She does it all, phones, cashier, eyebrows and it is impressive. She also knows what fits your face and don't need to explain what you are looking for. She's quite talented with with the thread and I love the cold stones after. Why I gave this place a 4 out of 5? Sometimes she leaves a few stragglers, the tiny hairs that the thread can't pull and you need a tweezer. She doesn't use a tweezer. So at times, I may have to clean up just a bit. read more

The experience was less than desirable And I wished I read all of the other reviews . I was asked to pay for service not even fully rendered while my brows were still being tinted. They were rude and mindless even after I mention it and it turned me off. If your going for a relaxing spa-like place with experience brow techs you may want to consider a different place. read more

First time I went to tintin my eye brows. She did not wash her hands in between customers. The dye was left outside the eyebrow hair line. And she thought it was okay for me to leave looking that way I asked her to clean the dye that stained outside the line of my eyebrows and she gave me the tools to do it myself because she decided to take another customer before completing mine. I will never go back and it last 2 days for 18 bucks. read more

While I was getting my brows done she kept yelling at me to pull tighter which I was doing. I went to pay and she gave me a $5 bill back as my change and I had singles in my wallet so while I was opening my wallet to get the singles to tip and put the $5 bill in my wallet she said "nothing for me?" rudely. Not a great place. Went because my regular lady was out of town.. and to pay 15 dollars for what i got!? Not worth it. Missed so many hairs, had to tell her to cut some when there was obvious hair left. And had to go home and use tweezers to finish off the job. Close to my house and convenient which is why I decided to try it out for the first time since I was in a rush and needed to be somewhere. When I arrived I was not greeted by anyone had to stand and wait for the woman to get off her phone to say what service I wanted (eyebrow threading). I appreciated her honesty about how uneven my eyebrows were and her plan for a solution. She was honest about each step she was doing in attempt to correct them. At the end, she openly admitted that my eyebrows are not perfect and the job was a first step attempt that could be completely fixed during my next visit in three weeks once certain areas grew back. As a new costumer I appreciated her feedback and honesty but was thrown off by her still charging me the full amount $15 for a halfway job. Not satisfied with the customer service but fast forward to this week and I decide to give it another chance because I felt that although there was a lack of customer service I did trust what she said about correcting my eyebrows (I believe in second chances). The sign in the door said "opened" I noticed the sign said they closed at 6:30 but it was close to 7 and she was working on customer. To my surprise, the door was unlocked so I thought "awesome! I can get them done" as soon as I stepped foot through the door a different woman immediately shouted and shook her head "no I'm closed". I understand being closed but why not lock the door? Turning away business? Even so, there is a way to speak to people especially customers that is not so belittling and rude. Definitely not ever going back. Good craft but poor attitudes. Not willing to pay that price to deal with bad attitudes. No thank you. read more

I was passing by and saw this threading place. I went in and got my eyebrows and lip done. I told the lady how I like my eyebrows and she took good care of me. I love my eyebrows and to my surprise lip did not hurt nearly as much as other places.This place was a good find for me. read more
