This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with! They delivered two packages and threw them over my 7 foot gate and my dog actually caught one of them in mid air. There is a sign that reads leave the packages in the drop box and my drop box is located right in front of the gate. They actually threw my package over the drop box and everything that they have delivered has been destroyed. I called customer service and they said they were following their delivery protocol. This company also under GOFO Express is I guess a third party delivery service provided by SHIEN online. At the moment I waiting on a resolution with the company.The delivery person left my package on the outside of my porch.No door bell ring to let me know the package was delivered and no signature to confirm someone received the package. So I checked where the picture says it was left , it's not there the delivery person didn't ring the bell and no one signed as they normally do why are there no section for special instructions like other carriers do like Amazon FedEx etc. This is unacceptable and disappointing this is the second time this has happened lately, The first time we did found it in the snow but this time you can clearly see the package was left outside front porch not inside, no one and clearly no one signed for it.I hope they do better. Everytime I have a delivery from them, my packages go missing. The delivery people don't ring the bell or knock on the door. They leave packages in sight of people walking by and they get stolen every time. They maybe affordable for the vendors butthe customers will never get the package because of their delivery people. These guys cant find the address despite having the address. They mentioned there was an error with my address, upon checking it everything was fine. I tried to chat with their service and get it handled. It took them 9 days to respond to me about the issue and they had 'already sent it back to warehouse after extended stay at their warehouse'. The conversations after were 'our apologies for the inconvenience, we'll endeavor to do better'. Horse Shit. I bought an item from TEMU and they use GOFO. If you want to avoid GOFO, avoid TEMU. Consistently bad service. Orders returned to shipper claiming bad address, but all other delivery services have no problem. They dump packages at wrong addresses and claim you don't recognize the picture of your own front door. I called to complain, they claimed there was nothing they could do, refused to connect me to a manager then laughed about it. Laziest delivery drivers ever! They deliver all pkgs to one apt in my complex no matter what bldg it's supposed to go to instead of delivering to the correct apt. I hate this courier company with a passion. My first order was a popmart blind box. They said they had delivered it. I open my door nothing. I looked around my neighborhood, nothing. I asked around people, still nothing. I contacted them about it all they said it was delivered. I've had one never even try to deliver and had to reorder my products, then to the reorder showing deliver with someone else's package and a totally different tracking number. The third time it said the package was out for delivery and was never received and then said it was sent back to facility. first off their tracking is rediculous all it tells you is departed facility or arrived at a facility they never put in the location of these"facilities" I've had packages delivered to several locations throughout the neighborhood and one we're not even sure it was even delivered in the same city I will say that our complex is relatively new and most gps and mapping apps don't have it identified I have started calling for each package I have the unfortunate luck of having them deliver and give specific directions and gate code it's worked today have three more packages to go read more
