They went above and beyond to contact our brands support group to help troubleshoot issues to get them to work. I have been amazed at their customer service. I then checked my bank account and seen they had put a $80.00 hold on my account for 2 pkgs. I then deleted my private information from the app thinking I was hacked. I then contacted customer support and they said they couldn't help me , since I had deleted my private information. I will contact my bank to see what further steps I can take to get my money back. I'm very upset about this. It was $80.00! I would give them 0 stars but it's not an option.
