I asked if she could do the quote later that day and schedule a cleaning for the weekend; which she responded that she could give a quote but could not do a cleaning on the weekend. Sure that's fine. I asked her what time would she be able to come to which there was no response, then asked again if she would be able to do the afternoon the next day.
