Mostly because who has the time?! I had heard from a friend about using professional organizers to help you unpack, so I immediately looked into it. I figured the room I'd need the most help with would be the kitchen and the master bath also had so many tiny products that needed organizing. Stephanie sent me a proposal and we were on our way. I at first thought the proposal was overestimated, but it turns out that it ended up pretty much being just right. It takes a LONG time to unpack and organize, especially when you have more stuff than you think. Stephanie and Melissa did an amazing job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. If you have the budget, I think this is an amazing use of money. Especially if you are like me and unpacking/organizing is just not your thing.

One of the runners for the drawers was broken and she wasn't able to put the drawer back in. I thought it was a long shot that they would be able to replace it but I called anyway. I spoke to Mary who actually remembered the installation and arranged to have someone come out and repair. Free of charge. I thought the customer service department in this company is great. We were looking to redesign our bedroom and create a walk in closet. Having custom woodwork is obviously an expensive way to go so we wanted to look into some alternatives. The store seemed a bit cluttered for a store that specializes in organization. They had several functioning floor models showing a variety of space saving and space creating options. There were also several catalogs showing the 10,000 options and versions of their space solutions. However, for a closet store, there seemed to be a plethora of 'beautiful people' in this catalog. It seems they are trying to sell a lifestyle that will make you thinner and more popular rather than somewhere to hang your clothes out of site from visitors. The in-store secretary was knowledgeable and helpful. She herself seemed to have bathed that day but the pajama style pants she was wearing were going on a few days of wear and grime. I am guessing she was relying on the amount of cleavage she was showing to distract anyone from her dirty clothes. While some of the options seemed very practical, the material was cheap. I felt like my choices boiled down to what colour of veneered press-board I wanted. We set an appointment to have a 'consultant' come out and look at our space and provide a custom solution. The consultation was free....and that is where it ended. The estimate for the design was laughable. It was going to be more expensive than our kitchen remodel. The whole issue turned out to be a non-starter and we easily moved on to other options.....which at this point we don't have any but that is still better than going this route. Again, other than the price, this may be perfect for a college student or people in need of space utilization solutions.

I took a look at the job and I gave her an estimate she took several weeks to get back to me once she did she told me clients wouldn't agree on the price so I agreed to lower it . I had no communication with homeowners in the beginning , once I did I found out VERY Quickly how disappointed they were with her . We had agreed to communicate without her which was working fine . Until just Yesterday I had to take a leave for Christmas and when I was suppose to return and did not they flipped and told me that they just recently fired her from the job which in returned took the job from me as well . There is very to no communication with Jill unless it is through text which even then takes hours on end before getting a response .

Working with Bee Organized was wonderful, they are professional, focused, patient, and skilled with organizing. I felt very comfortable with them in my personal space. We got so much done in 3 hours. The project was dealing with personal paperwork/filing chaos. We purged so much, and put a simple system in place that is thoughtful and maintainable for my ADHD brain. I never would have figured that out on my own. If you continually struggle with something like this, my advice is to stop torturing yourself and just get help. Yesterday, I visited The Design Center with the intention of purchasing multiple pieces of…read morefurniture, however, walked out on the sale due to the age profiling and lack of customer service that I received during my visit. Upon my arrival, I was quickly bucketed into the category of a "non-serious customer" due to my age. I was not welcomed or acknowledged by a single member of the service team during my 30 minute visit. It was not until I asked for help that I was rudely "greeted" by Mark. Mark was obviously annoyed that he had been asked to "waste" his time with a customer he deemed unfit of a large purchase. During our conversation, not only was he extremely unhelpful, but unwilling to answer my minimal questions. When he did answer, it was in a condescending tone. Disgusted by the way I was treated, I walked out on the sale. I encourage management to educate their staff on the negative effects of age profiling.

I waited for him to come into work called emailed I used to work in sales so wanted him to get credit. Called at 5 for him to set things up told him would be there at 7!to sign when I got there parts of the set were sold an he didn't call to tell us he didn't even tell us when we got there he tried to ring it up bait n switch which is not legal. His manager participated in the entire mess. My sons farther called him out on it and he started yelling ant him in the store with my son present. I could not even believe this was coming from this sweet old man it wa like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Please don't waste your time here these people are awful. Expecally "BoB". Not an honest store at all!! A bunch of liars. Thank you!!
