The staff is great too. They are friendly, efficient, & professional. You do not have to wait long to get an appointment. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by the Doctor. Also there is adequate staff and they know what they are doing. The office is always clean and comfy with nice decor. The office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5;00PM and they don't break for lunch. I can't say one thing bad about this place. I love it here and would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

He became…read moreirate, raising his voice with both volume and hostility, saying, "I've been doing this for too long [to deal with sort of conflict]". He would not negotiate to a mutually equitable win-win solution but unilaterally shut us out. I am an MD practitioner of thirty years who has dealt with a large portion of musculoskeletal pathology in the chronically disabled, depressed and impoverished. Based upon my experience, there certainly was an "indication" to order the x-ray. Yet, given my closeness to the patient, my wife, on our fixed senior income and no insurance, the practical benefit of the x-ray would be minimal if anything, other than to document what we already knew about her condition. He went on to be angry for our being late twice and rescheduling once all due to our poor ability to deal effectively with the snowy weather. He also accused me of not returning his calls which actually was not true at all. Certainly it is his right to choose only those who will comply, within certain limits, with his program. For those of us who prefer to question authority, who make mistakes in terms of judging our own limits with scheduling and who are short on finances (in our case for spending a lifetime working with the poor and bereft of our population) he is not the health case provider of choice.

I started seeing Kenny for a foot problem, and discovered a myriad of muscle problems in my foot and calf that I had been compensating for. Kenny fixed it all, and explained everything that happened and everything he was doing. I had seen a chiropractor before, but nothing was ever explained to me. It's really nice to have a clue what is going on. I am currently back on the table with him because of my back... damn snow... It felt better after the first visit. I can't recommend him enough, he (and everyone else in the office) are just super nice people, and all care a great deal about their patients!!

The rest of the staff was also great. Relatively new to the area I sought out a family practitioner and called for an appointment for my annual physical. I saw the nurse practitioner, not the doctor and was given only the most cursory of exams--height, weight and blood pressure pretty much covered it. Sometime later I received a postcard reminding me that, as a 50 year old, a colonoscopy would be prudent, so I called and was given an appointment. When I came down I finally met Dr. Foote and was given a physical. On completion I was given a phone number to call to schedule my colonoscope .So I call for a physical, don't get a physical, call for a scope, get a physical instead. When I called him out on it, Dr. Foote agreed that the Thompson Medical marketing department was in the wrong.

it is extremely hard to get your test results back from this place it takes you weeks of calling…read morethen you end up getting them in the mail with a letter saying they were unable to contact you. which you have been home waiting for their call plus gave them different numbers to contact and gave them permission to leave message on answer machine. plus you have to be willing to wait at least an hour to see a doctor. would love to find another doctor but have had no luck yet. when i do i will be gone!!!
