With printing prices much cheaper than UPS Store located further up Reynolda Road, I decided to patronize International Minute Press instead today and was very glad that I did! Kelly, the warm and welcoming, towering silver Fox business owner/art-director import from Chicago, kindly conversed with me as his friendly employee/graphic designer Will printed out my documents emailed in-advance to them. All smiles around, this competent and communicable staff was a pure delight to do business with!

Mon I went by and got the needed info about price and if the project could be done. Came in on Tues and there was a new lady who was rude and unfriendly. I left my very important papers and asked if I was going to be given some sort of paper showing I am leaving my very important documents over night and was told no. I told them to please call when ready but instead they emailed the scanned leases to my mortgage broker and sent two huge files. One even bounced back . The whole reason I paid to have the pages scanned here is so they wouldn't be so huge. After I got the embarrassing call that I did the documents wrong I started to worry my papers were going to be lost and I had nothing to even show I left them. Well thankfully in morning I called and they redid the scanning and sent them correctly. When I went back it the same lady who was very unfriendly and seemed irritated that I even wanted to get the service was there. I need to get 2 pages scanned to same email but was told that it would have to be given to the people who do scanning. So I couldn't get 2 pages scanned unless I was willing to drive back later today. This is ridiculous so I drove all the way to fed ex to get 2 pages scanned. I am disappointed that Sir speedy printing doesn't seem to care enough to help a customer or even say thank you for my business so I guess we will just drive to Fed ex where I have always been treated in a professional manner. Whenever I need menus for my events printed, I can usually come in with the file on a USB drive and they'll pop it in, print it on heavier stock paper, and get it cut within 5-10 minutes. This is even faster than the turnaround online, which I have also used, and is just as easy and reliable. I've also had some Canva projects get printed here, same deal, no issues. The last few times I have to say, the service has been even friendlier than before. In the past, I had no issues, but the person working was just more into getting their work done than being friendly. This is totally OK by me, ultimately, it's the work that is important... just a bonus that lately it has also been friendly. I most often use a local place called The Printery, but on rush projects, this is my spot and i'll continue to use it.
