We've shipped hundreds of pkgs, Never a complaint at this location, great staff, but Friday afternoon, when my turn came, I was greeted by a very smiley and pleasant clerk. I thought this will be a easy in and out process, wrong! When I asked for a receipt this clerk asked me if I would tell her what was in my boxes??? Weird question to ask, I calmly said No, of course, while very uncomfortable in the mist of other customers and staff, I was now conversing with a very rude and obnoxious brat. She then proceed to pickup my package and smell it, yes I know, she help it up to her nose, like I'm shipping smelly contraband. After passing the smell test, she then proceeded to scan my items and hand me a receipt, as asked. Pleasantly said "have a nice day" and I left. When I got home and told my wife "I got my package sniffed by the UPS store clerk", she's laughing at me, asking if I washed it first. We laughed for a good 15 minutes before she told me I can't go to the UPS store alone anymore.

My mom bought a house warming gift for a close friend of hers back in Florida, and needed to ship it. I found a UPS store in Celina, and decided to ship it from there. I walked into the UPS store and was immediately greeted by the employees there. There was only one other person being helped, so I started getting helped myself rather promptly. Whoever the employee was who helped me, who happened to be in the pic when I took a pic of the store, she was courteous and very helpful. I will explain why this was especially the case later on in my review. I asked her to have the gift boxed as well and was informed that it would be a small extra fee. As I had shipped with UPS before, I was familiar with that and accepted it. She boxed it, weighed it and took down the info ok where if needed to be shipped. When it was time to pay, she asked if I was part of any program that would cause a discount on shipping. I was immediately confused and asked what she meant. She started listing programs and one was AAA. Seems that AAA members get a 5% off shipping in UPS (among other discounts for mailboxes and online print services which are higher). I was flabbergasted, i have been shipping from UPS stores for years and no one had mentioned it. I showed I was a AAA member and got my 5%. I sincerely thanked her for the info, as I would use it from now on whenever I shipped. I wish I had known this before, but glad that she had mentioned it to me. This UPS store has my loyalty from now on thanks not only the service of this one employee but the information she provided me which did and will continue to save me money! Heck its also closer than the UPS store I normally drive to! I would highly recommend shipping from here!

Several of these packages we have paid 2nd day air for. They refuse to drive down our driveway saying weather hazard - (2-3 days were acceptable of not driving down the driveway due to ice, the other times is just an excuse to not deliver). We are in Ohio, there will be some snow and ice. We keep our driveway clear (minus the part that we live in OHIO so there will be some - usually packed down on a stone drive!) Fedex, Amazon, customers picking up items come down my driveway every single day! We have had to drive 45 minutes to the warehouse to get our packages and we have had to drive around town to look for the truck to get our packages! My sister also gave the driver $20 after receiving her packages (after 8 days!) and asked him to please deliver to my address. He took the 20 bucks and never delivered. Highly suggest not using UPS during the winter months in Ohio!
