We had been living in Van Wert since 2020, but still had not checked out Celina. Before our exploration began, we needed to take care of an errand. My mom bought a house warming gift for a close friend of hers back in Florida, and needed to ship it. I found a UPS store in Celina, and decided to ship it from there. I walked into the UPS store and was immediately greeted by the employees there. There was only one other person being helped, so I started getting helped myself rather promptly. Whoever the employee was who helped me, who happened to be in the pic when I took a pic of the store, she was courteous and very helpful. I will explain why this was especially the case later on in my review. I asked her to have the gift boxed as well and was informed that it would be a small extra fee. As I had shipped with UPS before, I was familiar with that and accepted it. She boxed it, weighed it and took down the info ok where if needed to be shipped. When it was time to pay, she asked if I was part of any program that would cause a discount on shipping. I was immediately confused and asked what she meant. She started listing programs and one was AAA. Seems that AAA members get a 5% off shipping in UPS (among other discounts for mailboxes and online print services which are higher). I was flabbergasted, i have been shipping from UPS stores for years and no one had mentioned it. I showed I was a AAA member and got my 5%. I sincerely thanked her for the info, as I would use it from now on whenever I shipped. I wish I had known this before, but glad that she had mentioned it to me. This UPS store has my loyalty from now on thanks not only the service of this one employee but the information she provided me which did and will continue to save me money! Heck its also closer than the UPS store I normally drive to! I would highly recommend shipping from here!

I literally just moved to the area and this is the third time they picked up my trash. I called and the extremely rude lady on the phone asked a bunch of questions as if to find me in a lie or a reason they took it. She then explained that she would call and ask the driver. I called back after being hung up on and she said I was lying!! That they did not take my can but then proceeded to tell me if things were not bagged correctly they will. I explained I only had a stuffed animal about three feet long (from previous owner of the home) she said I was lying about that. I explained to her that I watched him kick my can then put it in the truck and take off. She said no he didn't. I said so your calling your customer a liar and she said yes. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she began to get hostile with me that she was and I was at fault in them taking my garbage can. So now I am contacting the BBB because fortunately I thought it was funny a three foot shark was sticking out of a garbage can so I took pictures and then took after pictures of the garbage in my yard with no can.

Unfortunately the roses, all of them, appeared to have been frost bitten were delivered on Sat. By Sun it was clear they were inferior quality. By Mon droopy and Tues I pulled them out. Maybe they thought they could get rid of bad flowers cause the order originated from out of state. I phoned to let them know the flowers were inferior quality, did not even last till Mother's Day.
