I did not want to make the trek back to the nearest store (Fort Wayne, IN) over an hour and a half away so i opted to mail back the return. I got the UPS pre-printed label from Macy's. As i was near this store on a different shopping trip in Lima, OH. I went in, gave my pre-printed label and boxed item to ship back to the store. They taped the label to the box and gave me a receipt. Simple and quick! In and out of the store in less than 3 minutes! Now thats efficient!

When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something, but I doubt I'll return.

So I paid this company $350 for UPS shipping. Once they received my money they stopped communicating and then I called UPS and UPS told me the company had paid $28 to ship the artifact UPS "Standard" without insurance no customs paperwork for UPS and pocketed the rest of the $350.
