We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. Once they received my money they stopped communicating and then I called UPS and UPS told me the company had paid $28 to ship the artifact UPS "Standard" without insurance no customs paperwork for UPS and pocketed the rest of the $350. I needed a box without any packaging in it as the bat was damaged anyway. They wanted to charge me $42. That was for the box itself, putting the bat in the box, and taping it all up. That's absolutely unbelievable. I left and went to the location in Huber next to Marshalls. They charged me $12 for the same thing.
