Matt Johnson is a very friendly and helpful guy. I called around 10:30 for his service. He let me know that he'd be at my place in 15 minutes and he arrived in a timely matter. We had conversations together while he was working on making a new key, it felt like i was in a barbershop for a brief moment. Matt was a life saver!!! I locked myself out of my apartment and he came to my rescue! He was so friendly and happy to help - came within 15 min! My locks are old and stubborn but he had many solutions to get them open. They ended up needing to be drilled off. All four of my locks were stuck and he only charged me for the two ($90) ! My keys had been stolen, and a needed an immediate, rekeying of my home. And replacement and changing my car keys They were punctual for service, and the job was a bit more challenging for them than normal. My locks are 30 years old and rekeying was difficult. The job was finished eventually that day, and they were courteous they did do all the work as promised. I now feel safe at home and dont have to worry about a break in or someone stealing my car. read more

I called and Matt answered, he came out earlier than expected, which was great for me, and did an excellent job installing locks. He is professional, pleasant, timely, and worked very swiftly to make sure the locks were installed properly in old doors that had not been cut properly. We got a military discount because of a veteran in the family. He showed me his license and ID, and told me to make sure that any locksmith I use has a real credential.
