I came to this salon because they told me a reasonable price for a trim and also it is very close to where I live. I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The place is in a new plaza and it is very clean. There is lots of parking space. I made an appointment by calling in the day that I needed the haircut and I was set up with Cynthia. She cut my hair and she did an amazing job and also made it a comfortable experience. She told me a lot about Amarillo since she knew that I was new here. She genuinely enjoys her job and you can tell by the way she treats customers. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do to my hair when I came in, I just knew it needed something and she knew exactly where to go with it. Her roots were not even the same color of her hair. Then when we asked for our money back they bullied my daughter until she became angry. They then said my daughter was being rude so she had to call the business manager. What kind of place bullies their clients then refuses to return their money? All we wanted was nice hair for Christmas and it's completely ruined. We now have to get it fixed but it will be months before her hair is healthy again. My poor daughter has to live with this mistake months before it looks presentable again.

I just went to the Lennox Salon and had highlights/color done by Areli, followed by a haircut and style with Bobbie. I consider myself to be pretty picky (and maybe even a little bit "high-maintenance") when it comes to my longer-length blond hair and they both did an amazing job with it! I was looking for hairdressers that had trained through a Toni and Guy academy and I was very excited to find this salon. In the previous state that I lived in, I went to Toni and Guy for years (they have since changed names to TIGI in some places or turned into privately-owned salons). Several of the stylists here have T&G backgrounds including Areli, so I knew that when I asked her for advice on what she thought would work well for my hair, I knew that with her already exceptional reputation (from other reviews), experience, and training, I would be able to trust her suggestions! The end-result was perfect... the shade was right for my complexion and it looked natural. After my color, I met Bobbie and she completely understood when I explained how important it was to me for me not to ever lose too much length during a haircut. She respected my desire to keep my length, but was still able to "clean up" the ends and longer layers perfectly to make it look healthy again. The salon decor is modern and chic... sort of an industrial "classy" vibe. Areli is actually the owner of the salon and I love how she REALLY cares about her customers being happy!
