Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

However, when we picked up the order two days before our event, many of the chairs were wobbly and noticeably worn. My father, who handled the pickup, even requested replacements for several that were particularly unstable. While some wear is expected with rentals, I did anticipate the premium-style chairs to be in better condition. We had planned to double the cushions for additional seat height, which is why we ordered 24. Unfortunately, the cushions we received were marked up, came in two different styles with different ties, and when my father brought the order home, there were only 12 in the pickup. We even called around for alternatives, but this style of chair typically uses a Velcro-attached cushion, so outside options weren't compatible. We returned to the store to pick up the missing cushions, and thankfully we were able to exchange the mismatched ones for 24 matching burgundy cushions in much better condition. My mother mentioned that Darren was very helpful in resolving the issue with the seat pads, and we SO appreciated the effort to make things right! In the end, everything worked out, but the process was a bit stressful, and we did expect a higher quality product and smoother experience from a rental company.

My daughter asked what he was selling :) Raul, told us that he was setting up a really cool inflatable with balloons inside and that if we wanted to wait a bit, he'd have it up. I chatted with Raul while he was setting up. First- Raul is a great guy. They're veteran owned. Raul served in the Navy. Thank you for your service. Second- he has the COOLEST selection of inflatables available for rental that I've ever seen. He's got an AT-AT from Star Wars obstacle course. It's 50 feet long. It has a Millenium Falcon on it too. He's got a foam axe throwing booth where two people compete to throw foam axes at targets. It glows under black light. It's not only great fun for kids- but also adults. Raul let me know that he is above board and all about providing the best and safest experience. As a dad himself- he and his wife thought they could do better than some of the inflatable rental companies that they themselves had hired or seen at parties and events. First- like I said- the selection of inflatables is top notch. These are NEW inflatables. Also- they are all officially licensed. Not some copyright infringing dirty old inflatables. Second- They are clean. I literally watched as Raul got on his hands and knees and fully sanitized the whole inflatable. It was already the cleanest I'd ever seen. It looked like you could eat off of the floor. (But no food or drinks inside the inflatable please) Third- Bliss is fully insured. And that ain't cheap. Not ever rental company is. Read the fine print. Fourth- The inflatables have attendants. To keep kids safe and also so it's not your job to keep an eye on all the kids. Clean, friendly, nice, great selection. This is top notch professional all the way. It's not as cheap as some other inflatable companies. But you are getting a top notch experience and some of the most epic inflatables I've ever seen. Also points for thinking of the little things. A shoe rack for kids shoes. A bench for kids to sit on and take off their shoes. A rug from the bench to the inflatable so the kids don't step on asphalt or get their socks dirty. Bliss lives up to its name- because my kid was in bliss in this amazing inflatable snow globe with balloons that circled all around her. So much better than your standard Toddler Toss. And Raul said he's got one with a bounce house style floor coming in! Can you even imagine? I'm going to ask my organization to consider using Bliss Bubble House for our community events and I'm certainly going to keep Bliss as my number one option for local birthdays and parties.
